Great quality rooms and good service. We stayed there during my sister Jinali's wedding and have an amazing time. Superb hospitality and clean rooms. ||Was very happy with the arrangements and also they have good parking space. ||It was a good weekend.

It was my wedding and we booked 35 rooms here for all our guests. The hotel is fabulous, the staff is humble, cordial and very supportive. We have an amazing stay all the guests also enjoyed a lot and didn't gave any issues. The staff took care of each and everyone so well that we didn't have to look at any logistics. I have been staying at this hotel for the past 2.6 years, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The staff here are incredibly cooperative and make me feel right at home. They take care of me like a family member, which brings me extra comfort and ensures I never feel lonely.||The warm and welcoming atmosphere, combined with the attentive service, truly sets this hotel apart. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and homely stay.

Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. First the room we received had cigarette smell upon checking in, the staff promptly changed the room. Upon changing the room the staff was unaware that the customers were already in the room and the entered the room without knocking - complete no no. Wouldn't let anyone visit, visitors are not allowed- I'm sorry even 5- star hotels let visitors come by all around the world. We wake up the next day with bite marks all over our bodies, upon removing the bedsheets/cover we discover BED BUGS - are you kidding me? Went for the breakfast buffet - the food was below par in comparison to the other hotels we stayed at on our trip, the staff was lazy and disinterested. Hospitality was a foreign concept to the staff. Wait it this doesn't end there, we had a visitor joining us for breakfast and they found hair in their food - to which we refused to pay the additional breakfast charges. Here's the kicker - requested for cheese omelette, what did we get a premade omelette with a slice of cheese on top of it. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone... absolutely disgusting. Giving it one star because I have to.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights following a cruise from Singapore to Mumbai. This hotel is very good and has a decent buffet serving Indian food but also has an a la carte European style menu. The staff are extremely attentive and are a credit to the hotel, they can't do enough for you. |However, the hotel is let down massively by its location. It is literally in the middle of nowhere with not a shop/ restaurant/bar/ supermarket or anything else within walking distance. We were glad we were only there for two days and it really is a shame purely due to location

The hotel is good. Comfy and room size is great for deluxe rooms. Food is tasty and the choices are good. The location however is in a industrial area so it's not in the best of location.

This is very good hotel for business travelers . I am staying at this hotel for last more than 10 years during my business trips and never had any sort of issue. They have very quick check-in check-out process. Morning breakfast is good and staff values your time by serving you quickly so that you can reach your office well on time. They serves good dinner and you will get something to eat even if you reach late at night. |Rooms are very neat and clean, specious enough for business travelers.
