Jai Malhar Residency - Panvel

I had a terrible experience staying here. I paid 4,500 for one night, only to find out at midnight that the AC had stopped working. It was an absolute nightmare. To make things worse, during the complimentary breakfast in the morning, they casually told me they didn't have bread and had no one to send to buy it. The service and attitude were extremely disappointing. Avoid this place at all costs!

We had a one night stay 4 adults and 2 kids...the room was clean and neat...room service was great Kinara resturant food was delicious and fresh We had a lovely time...staff is very polite and customer centric

Best Hotel I have ever seen. The room service was excellent. You just need to work on the morning breakfast taste and quality of coffee. Overall experience was best.

Went out with family for dinner a big change from the last time I visited this place. Restaurant was full and we got lucky to find a table. Service was mixed and food taste was not the best probably due to the crowd. I could take my pet dog along and this is the best thing for me and I respect them for that.

At late nights most of the bar girls from the near serenity come with their customers, which causes nuisance for family guests
