Instafeel hotel

The restaurant's breakfast menu is poor. As far as I understand, they start working at 8 o'clock. When you come, there are never napkins, salt, pepper on the table. There are rarely plates ready for food, instead of taking care of the customer when there is a lot missing, they stand and turn on the TV for 5-7 minutes. It's disappointing that this continues every day. Everything about the restaurant's work during dinner is 100% PERFECTION!!! The food is prepared with love and responsibility. The abundance and quality of the food pleasantly sets the mood and makes you want to try everything. The prices are not high considering the size, abundance and taste of the dish. They need to improve during breakfast and not stand and work. Everything else is perfect It's very nice that something is changing for the better, there is progress. It's just very disappointing that all this isn't there from the very beginning when you arrive at the hotel.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I felt at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly settled into my room, which was immaculate. The bed was so comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, like the complimentary toiletries and the in-room coffee machine. The hotel's location was perfect--close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it so easy to explore the area. The on-site restaurant was fantastic, and I highly recommend trying the breakfast buffet! Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hotel was a delightful stay! The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Instafeel Hotel despite pre-booking a suite months in advance. Upon arrival, I was informed that the suite was unavailable and was instead given a Dulex room until 7 PM. By the time I was finally shifted to the suite, the room was of no use as I had to leave by 7 PM for a function The service at the reception was appalling. The staff, particularly the receptionist, was unprofessional, rude, and lacked basic knowledge of his job. To make matters worse, my room key was handed over to someone else without any verification. Instead of offering an apology, he was argumentative and dismissive, showing complete disregard for guest experience. The overall service and staff behavior were utterly disappointing. I deeply regret choosing to do a shoot for this hotel,, as the mismanagement and lack of professionalism caused unnecessary stress. I would not recommend Instafeel Hotel to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free stay.

The property is really nice. Cleanliness and hygiene is top quality. The staff of the hotel is very prompt and helpful. My stay was way better than I expected. I am glad I stayed here.

Cold food all over the buffet no heating or refilling. And don't even cater the request to get a fresh parantha. Requested the waiter 3-4 times then he a got us something to eat that was not cold. The same waiters act so professional when we pay as a la carte customers but act rude when serving complimentary breakfast. Also the reception people lie that they don't have any other room options and you'll get the room they wish and won't even show you other room than the room alloted by them. Disturbances in room very unprofessional staff at reception and restaurant. The maintenance team is good though but overall experience is not worth it.
