HOTEL VINAMRA RESIDENCY

Since we were passing by mumbai on our way to Gujarat, we came across this hotel via MMT. It is centrally located in a busy street. The room we had had cockroaches moving about. The pillow covers were not changed . On asking it to be changed, they did it. The latch to the bathroom was broken The fan worked only on full speed. The window AC made so much noise that we couldn't sleep at night. We had to ask for an electric kettle . No tea bags or coffee n sugar sachets. The hand wash dispenser was empty, n we had to ask for a refill. Since we had to leave the next early morning, we just put up with all this. The telephone was extremely dirty n we had to use our sanitizer to clean it.

Terrible Experience, Unprofessional Service I had a booking at Hotel Vinamra Residency in Mumbai, Panvel, scheduled for November 5th, with check-in at 3 AM and check-out at 4 PM. I made this reservation by phone on September 3rd, and I have a recording of this conversation where the hotel staff assured me that my booking was confirmed. However, upon arriving at the hotel with my family at the scheduled time, the reception staff refused to honor our booking, stating that the hotel was full. I reminded them about my confirmed reservation, but they dismissed it and only responded with, "It was our mistake." This lack of responsibility and disregard for prior arrangements was extremely unprofessional. They gave no valid reason for denying us the room, and I later found out that they had likely allocated our room to someone else for a higher price. Because of their negligence, I had to search for another accommodation early in the morning with my family, which was both stressful and inconvenient. This experience reflects the hotel's disregard for its customers and lack of professionalism. I would strongly advise against booking with Hotel Vinamra Residency. Their service is unreliable, their staff untrustworthy, and they clearly have no respect for their guests' time or commitments. This was a disappointing and frustrating experience.

We did notice a couple of areas where improvements could be made. Firstly, the hospitality at the reception counter could be enhanced. A warmer and more welcoming approach would certainly enhance the guest experience right from the moment of check-in. room boys did great service. Location perfect from railway station. Very close to orion mall.contact number should be given to guest since land line is not functioning

This hotel was chosen only because of its location as it is near to Panvel bus stand. However the whole room was leaking because of rains. The hotel staff itself had placed towels on the floor before handing me over the keys of the room. As I had booked the room earlier online, cancellation was not possible. Not recommending this hotel at all especially during rainy season

Excellent Room ,Clean and Hygienic environment , Food outstanding,Breakfast mind blowing . I wish could have stayed for few more days but had other commitments . Best place to stay in that area ,all the rest like Panvel Palace ,Redwings Castle are all lousy compared to this. Love you VINAMRA!
