Staffs are thief and arrogant. If u ask them ur left belongings in their hotel they will abuse u and then they will ask u come hotel so that they can fight with u. There are many hotels besides these in pawne better then these. Please dont choose these hotel. It's worst

Whether it was room service or assistance with luggage, the hotel boys were always ready to help with a smile. Overall, Hotel Royal Oak exceeded our expectations and made our business trip stress-free and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Navi Mumbai, especially for events or exhibitions or industrial visits in the area.

No one should ever go to this place. It is not very safe and these members of the public are very bad. They keep harassing the citizens who come here.

Room was good.. but the services were disastrous. Paid a hefty amount when i was staying with my wife but there was only 1 glass in the room. Staff asked to pay extra for the 2nd glass. Ordered food online but they asked to pay extra for a couple of spoons and a plate! The manager responds.. "humare hotel me pay karna padta hai"

Rooms are good and it is in industrial area.Inhouse restaurant is not there. Ordered food will be brought from outside. Side of hotel one chemical plant which will create bad smell which is only major concern.
