Hot water was not available in tab nor on demand. Ac colling was very good. But cockroach was roaming in entire room. Table cleaning not done after dinner

I stay here for three nights but it is painful to write a review that I got a reverse picture as published and advertised in its website. it's merely two-star accommodation, having very congested staircase, thin sized lobby, low standard rooms, bathrooms, beds and linens. The rates are in three times higher. Please don't book online

I recently stayed at Hotel Rex Plaza in Navi Mumbai, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. From the outside and online, the hotel looks appealing, but the reality was quite different. The rooms were very small and not well-maintained, and the bathroom was inadequate, making it difficult to use properly. I checked in on September 25, and due to heavy rain that night, our belongings got soaked. When we requested towels the next morning, we were told they wouldn't be available until after 12 PM, even though our checkout was at 11 AM. To make matters worse, we saw staff providing towels to another guest right in front of us. The service was subpar throughout our stay. We ordered dinner, and the quantity was double what we requested. When we asked about this, they claimed that one dish of papad comes with two pieces--who serves papad like that? When we requested a return, they refused. Overall, the staff's behavior was not professional, and the service was abysmal. They charge full price but provide zero service quality. I would not recommend staying here.
