HOTEL PRIME VISTA CORPORATE STAY

I don't understand from where should I write for Hotel Prime Suite. First of all they guide us how to reach at place which I like the most.. Than at the time of checkin they greet us with respect. We check-in at hotel room and seeing interior was so good it was so awesome.. we took bath tub attached room.. cleanliness out of 10 will give 10 and about coffee damn good. They have electric kettle kit inside the room.we had great time at hotel.. must visit for relaxation and peace of mind..

My parents had 2 day stay here.. Not heard a single complaint.. the staff and their services was too good... Highly recommended..

We booked this room a month before the Coldplay concert because it was close to the venue and reasonably priced at the time. Since we wanted to secure our stay, we made an advance booking. However, the owner, unaware of the concert and the surge in hotel prices, canceled our reservation just two days before our arrival. Their excuse was ridiculous--they claimed their website mistakenly showed two extra rooms, and since someone else had booked them, we were asked to cancel ours. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist simply said, 'Madam, we have already informed MakeMyTrip that your booking has been canceled. You need to contact their customer care--we can't do anything about it.' Despite pre-booking and pre-paying, they canceled at the last minute. When I asked the receptionist to show me the email confirming the cancellation, he kept making excuses to cover up his blatant lie. Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest!

the hotel is very neat and clean and the staff behaviour is so good and the best service they give to us and it's totally best for business purpose

THIS PLACE IS NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR. Never coming to this place ever again. 100% not recommended. The way they just canceled our one month prior booking at the last moment leaving us nowhere to go. I wish to make 100 more accounts to just review them how worse they were.
