Hotel Pratiksha Residency

Cancelled our booking at the last moment and moved us to a nearby hotel giving an excuse. They wanted to make more money from other guests who were willing to pay more.||I made a 'pay at hotel' booking but they insisted on paying an advance directly to their account - outside of the travel booking app. They just make false promises and do not refund money. Management of the hotel is Fraud.

The room pictures will be pleasing, not at all worth the money. Rooms were smelly no proper ventilation and also room ceiling and walls had fungus. I would not recommend to any tourist this place. Waste of money

Good rooms and clean rooms. Overall service provided is good. In city limits accessible to taxi and auto. Accessible shops and bar and restaurant near by. Overall cheap rents for rooms.

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL. THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM. I made an advance payment for a room, only to arrive on the day of my booking and be told that there were no rooms available. I was left completely stranded with no alternative accommodations and no assistance from the hotel staff. To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund of my advance payment, they outright refused and showed no accountability for their mistake. This was an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had booked this hotel because of it being near to a concert location so that we could walk back after the event. But just the day before the concert they moved us to a different hotel far away. Me and three kids had to walk for long distances until midnight.

This is an extremely shady hotel. I had pre-booked the hotel on 22nd September. I had called them and confirmed the booking on the same day. But they kept randomly sending messages once a month that unless I called them back they'll cancel the booking. And then finally on 8th Jan, about 12-days before the check-in, they told me that they're sold out! All of this for a pre-paid booking.

The rooms were top of the line with the availability of free Wi-Fi hot water+cold water throughout the day the rooms clean and big enough for 2-3 adults But staff was simply amazing

Worst experience. We have booked this hotel during coldplay concert and one day before our checkin they called us saying we are giving you room in other hotel and that hotel was not so far from the stadium and it was not a good hotel also. And now when we cancelled our booking so they are not even refunding the amount. Fraudsters they are. Doing fraud with people.
