The manager's attitude was terrible. Although we had booked an AC room through Agoda, he was unwilling to acknowledge it as such. We had to obtain confirmation from Agoda, resulting in a 15-minute delay due to their mismanagement. As a married couple traveling for work, we were asked for our marriage certificate, which we found unnecessary but provided anyway. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and even the food was disappointing.

Rooms were neat and clean...Ac was working...rum service also prompt...The rates are really affordable...I booked The Rooms for my guests...They were happy...

The most important and I think only important factor in favour of this hotel is its location. Its bang on the Sion-Panvel expressway which further continues as Mum-Pune expressway after some distance. Other than this its pretty basic hotel. Comparatively small rooms which becomes somewhat more congested when extra bed has to put. It has got inhouse small kitchen and that too serves only veg fare.

Good rooms...stayed for 7 days owner was helpful and coo operative.

The location of the hotel is perfect , due to the last stop of the buses going from Mumbai towards Bangalore, stayed here to get fresh and meet few people staying in Kamothe Area, nothing special about the room, and avg room and value for money.

Worst experience. More money was asked at the time of check out and no facilities. Please don't come here.

The most important thing about this hotel is liked its location a lot.. it has got all the standard rooms.. staff is really quick and they are equally co operative... the food served in this hotel is delicious

Worst experience don't come here , owner is only seating for money and price is very high for non AC in the name of Mumbai
