Wish I could give zero stars. The front desk staff is unhelpful. I booked for classic rooms. But reception guy was telling me Oyo don't know anything they didn't confirmed with us. After this I called to oyo helpline they helped me to get booking but hotel management was like disgusting.The biggest issue was the staff's attitude--completely unprofessional and reluctant to help with even the simplest requests. Whether it was asking for no disturbance and I need to take rest, but the staff didn't care. Noise was constant for maintenance even after informing I'm so much tired after long travel.the response was either delayed or dismissive. It felt like we were bothering them just by being there.Honestly, I expected better. For the price i paid, I was hoping for at least decent service and cleanliness--this hotel offered neither. Would not return or recommend until serious changes are made. Even after Oyo team instructions also hotel management didn't bother. Customer service was lacking. Big zero for hotel.

Hotel was good, I frequently visit oyo in multiple cities due to my work purpose and been the user of it for around 5 years, For last 4 visits, it's always been issue regarding checkin, same issue happend in delhi, and same in Mumbai where I booked and paid the amount but hotel staff denies the entry as the oyo pricings were cheaper than actual hotel price, had pay twice as no other options during late night hours , never recommend to book oyo again, big scam going on

I stayed here for 5 days, I enjoyed a lot. Hotel is very good in terms room service, Unlimited high speed internet,TV,AC etc. Feed quality is also good but need to be improved....

1. No water in bathroom after 10 PM till morning 6 AM 2 Room is on the top floor and there were no elivator. 3 staff was rude. 4. No proper cleaning. Dusty room. 5. No lights in room for around 15 min to 20 min in morning.

I had a bad experience staying at this hotel. Not sure if OYO is doing any kind of due diligence of their associate hotels before posting them for customers. - I got a confirmation from OYO customer executive about checking in around 10.30-11 am but same thing didn't happen, I had to wait for another 30mins---> I had travelled overnight and was super tired so I didn't want to spend more time in finding other hotel so instead of the pathetic condition of the room and hotel, I decided to stay there as I had a meeting in next 3 hr. - The room shown in picture while booking and the one that I was allotted were completely different. - Definitely not worth 1500rs !!!! - The worst part was that the washroom was not attached, it was outside the room in the balcony area (so I had to go out with a towel wrapped around with people nearby watching you) !!! - In the 24hrs that I staywd there, they didn't even provide a glass of drinking water, - There were no toiletries available, when I asked they simply gave 2 pieces of small soaps. -To keep the shower running you continuously need to press the knob with one hand (it was completely loose/free), the washroom was unhygienic. - After I returned to this room in the evening I could feel a very strong and pungent smell that was causing heavy irritation to my eyes and breathing. - Also, the stairs are very narrow and if ever any emergency happens the people staying here are surely gonna get into a trouble for sure. - Also, I couldn't find any OYO signage board over there at the property. - I definitely would never recommend these kind of hotels to anyone. It was simply a waste of money, a mood spoiler, risky place to stay. - As I said, I was super tired and left with no energy to find another hotel so I stayed here and wasted 1500rs. - Dear @OYO team kindly do your due diligence before onboarding any hotel in your network.

Worst hotel you ever seen in navi mumbai, even they didn't had name of oyo on building(but title is oyo). The prices and charges different from offline to online. They charge extra money from online booking and they don't accept it. And they said it we charge same all the time. Dont ever choose this oyo to stay in navi mumbai near by railway. It is better to search on streets you get proper hotel.

Plz don't book this oyo room, the manager is too weird. I booked this hotel for almost 5 night and my booking is confirmed. At the time of arrival manager told there is no any rooms available and you need to talk to oyo support. And the worst thing is oyo support they are not attentive. After a hour they booked me another oyo room. This deluxe oyo room is in zopadpatti. Don't fall the pictures posted on oyo app. I ll not book oyo anymore in forward. Disgusting Experience I have.

We booked through online... And after 1hour reached to hotel there room not available. Hotel team will take payment from directly visiting customer and online also... Online booking people be aware.... If suppose this hotel is genuine they should disconnect from Oyo link... Both are cheating
