I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mumbai House. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property were truly commendable. A special shoutout to the maintenance staff, Akshay and Riya, who were exceptionally courteous and attentive. They ensured that everything in the room was in perfect condition and were always prompt in addressing any requests with a smile. Their dedication and professionalism truly enhanced the comfort of my stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. |A special shoutout to Riya from housekeeping - she was incredibly polite, attentive, and made sure my room was always perfectly clean. The overall experience was pretty good. Rooms are great, the wide and tall window walls adds to the overall experience and makes it worth it. Has all basic appliances. Food is good overall in terms of taste and quality. Usually food from outside is not allowed, but if there is something that you want and its not in the menu, can order from outside. Staff behavior is good and friendly.

The staff was very humble and polite and took care of all my needs. Especially akshay and mayur were available just a call away. Indeed never had such a good experience of living in a hotel. No 5 star experience can match it too. Good going guys.

Very nice, peaceful, neat & clean Hotel. It has peaceful ambience. Buffet breakfast is available, which tastes good. The hotel is very close to Reliance corporate Park, so it is good for business travellers who are visiting reliance. There are not many tourist attractions nearby. all basic amenities are available in the room. Mini bar is there, which is chargeable Hotel staff is polite and courteous. Overall, this hotel is very good for business and overnight, solo travellers.

I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I've had while traveling for work. From the moment I checked in, things felt off -- the staff seemed disinterested, and the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The bed linens looked like they hadn't been properly changed, and the bathroom had a lingering odor that should have been addressed before any guest arrived. The worst part, however, was the dining experience. During my first breakfast at the hotel, I bit into my food and found a piece of aluminum foil inside it. This wasn't a small piece either -- it was large enough to be a choking hazard. When I called to report the issue, the response was shockingly dismissive. No apology, no refund, and certainly no urgency to correct the situation. For a hotel that advertises itself as "business-friendly," the experience was anything but. Poor hygiene, apathetic service, and serious food safety issues make this place a hard no for any future stay. I strongly advise other travelers -- especially those on business -- to look elsewhere.

Stay was good as always. Its my 4th time staying here at hotel. Experience is very good. Staffs are very good. Rooms are clean, batroom is very good. You can order food at restaurant or room both facility is available. Locality is good and calm.
