Hotel Mourya Residency

One of the worst experiences I have ever. First of all staff is so unprofessional.so abusing language. Rooms are still better but that all staff just robbing. They are asking for 1000 Rs for just 15 min late check out.I have no problem if he is following rules but he I have problem with his language so many bad words no sense of how to talk with clients. Before the time I thought why MNS having problem with other state people why they are making so much issue. But now I come to need it is our need. They are just bullying Maharashtrian people.that reception guy make me think twice Am I living in Maharashtra or Bihar Over all property is good but still I will not recommend to anyone I canceled my next two days booking from this property.

Really bad bad bad hotel, they only want adhar as id card, it's not foreign friendly, better you write in your page that forgein can't stay there, crazy hotel

Very friendly staff and rooms wise very neat and clean. I suggest any one with family also can stay in this hotel safely

*****Worst hotel ever- not recommended!**** The hotel staff entered my room without knocking on multiple occasions, which was unsettling and invasive The staff seemed to be constantly entering and exiting the rooms, without knocking or announcing themselves The hotel's management seemed unconcerned with the issues I raised, and did not offer any apology or compensation for the poor experience
