HORRIBLE. Worst experience. There is no water in bathroom!!! I took a transit halt at this place. Firstly it is a bit overpriced. And then, rooms are quite small. At night itself i informed reception personnel about water issue and they said it will be resolved. In morning i woke up to see that still no water supply in bathroom. Would never recommend for stay.

Dont ever book this property room, rooms are not maintained clean and proper though on main road, no wifi, exhaust fan not working, bathroom commod were broken, very unprofessional hospitality service by monarch by this hotel.

I have been a loyal guest at Monarch Guestline for over two years, but my recent experience on November 10-11, 2024 was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I booked a room via the hotel's website on November 9, 2024, using UPI (GPay) to pay 1,854, but I received no booking confirmation. Concerned, I reached out to customer service and shared a screenshot of the payment as requested. They assured me they'd look into it, but then, no follow-up or response. I tried multiple times to contact customer service through calls, WhatsApp, and email, but received no reply. When I arrived at the hotel for check-in on November 10, 2024, I explained the situation to the reception staff. Disappointingly, I was told there was no record of my booking, and they couldn't help me. Left with no other option, I had to make a second payment of 2,000 to secure a room in person. Finally, on Monday, I received a call suggesting the issue was from my bank's side, advising me to reach out to them. This delayed response and the lack of accountability from the hotel were unprofessional and disappointing. Given my loyalty to Monarch Guestline, I expected a much better experience and proactive customer service. I hope that steps are taken to improve your customer support and streamline booking confirmations to avoid such inconvenience for other guests in the future.

Average rooms with High Price also they don't have updated TV to connect phones. Check-in time is 12:00 but I have waited till 12:30

Really worst experience please don't book in this hotel staff also very bad service more then worst

They take the booking at low prices and their system automatically cancels the booking due to low price as they say and then they don't refund the booking amount to the customers, such a fraud hotel very distugusted
