Hotel Guru Krupa

I had a terrible experience with Hotel Gurukrupa Heritage. I initially visited to book a room for my guest and was quoted 1500 for an AC room, which I agreed to pay. However, the staff asked me to pay when my guest arrived. To my surprise, when my guest arrived, the reception staff had changed, and the new person was extremely rude and unprofessional. They refused to provide the agreed room and instead offered a non-AC room for an outrageous 1800 for just two hours. Despite asking for a responsible person to escalate the matter, no one took accountability. This lack of professionalism and unethical pricing makes it clear that this hotel does not value its customers. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you are looking for honest service and a hassle-free stay, avoid this place.

The restaurant has very bad hygeine. The plates were not cleaned properly. The place is also costly. Would not recommend.

While on a return journey from thana side, our family had Lunch here. Pretty crowded . We ordered a mixed set of dishes for lunch and snacks for those preferring them. The service was fast and the dishes prepared well. The seating is a bit congested and does causes discomfort.

The service provided here is slow. I tried this restaurant twice and both times we had to wait for more than 20 minutes even for idlis. Taste wise - Average. Tea is good. Quantity lacks compared to prices. Location is suitable in case one is planning to travel on Mumbai Pune express Highway
