Hotel Grande 51

We booked this hotel and we got a free upgrade the rooms were clean and spacious even the washroom was very clean and well maintained , the room service was the best Thanks for hosting us loved the stay

I had a very disappointing experience at Grand 51 Hotel. The behavior of the staff and the reception team, was extremely rude and unprofessional. We faced continuous misbehavior, which made our stay unpleasant. Additionally, the condition of the hotel was unacceptable - the bedsheets were torn, and the overall service was very poor. To top it off, the breakfast was of low quality, with stale bread being served. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The management seriously needs to improve their service and staff behavior.

Receptionist and staff is worst. Don't stay over there. Breakfast quality is worst not acceptable at all. Bedsheets are not cleaned at all. Please I personally request you all please don't stay over there.

Rooms need a touch up. Location awesome. Service and staff good and courteous.

We had booked the banquet hall for a family function this month, by far has been out worst experience in food. I was invited for the food tasting which was good but the food served on the day of the event was horrible. Paneer didn't taste like paneer at all, the only good thing in the menu was cut salad . Staff was courteous and nice. Arrangement, hall management, sound and other provisions were decent. Won't recommend to get their banquet hall booked for your events if you're considering getting food supplied from them as well, not sure about the hotel rooms.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions....(Task 2)

Decent hotel, price and location.. Food is good. Stay without a doubt
