Very poor house keeping. Location not good. The blankets and bedsheets are not cleaned. Don't book this online. Online price is too high. Miskitos and ants are there in the room. For one day the room cost 3100 INR. Which is not acceptable.

We were lucky to get a bulk booking for a wedding at this newly renovated hotel. The rooms are nicely done up, neat and clean and the service staff is very helpful and efficient. The deluxe rooms are very nice and suites are really quite good. All our guests were very happy with the stay at the Grand Seasons hotel and we hope they continue to maintain the good standards.

A very long review, but plz do not decide anything without reading it full. We booked..... hotel, near .... Highway. We booked it over a phone after checking the photos available online. At the time of booking the hotel, we had specifically shared no. of adults and children so there is no hassle on reaching there. But we were very disappointed to see a huge gap in what was communicated to us over a call and the actual service they gave us.. extra beds/ mattresses were not even available , even when we had already shared details... On entering the room, the first thing you get is smell of smoking. We could even see few staff members with cigarettes in their hands while on duty. The very basis of Hospitality industry is Customer satisfaction, but in this hotel we felt that there motto was only to loot its customers. *Definitely not recommended for family stay even if you have an important event to attend like we had.*

Average hotel, bathroom had bad smell, you are not able to control a/c temperature or even switch off. Towel and bed spread was not clean. we stayed three days and never had room service. Not a 3 star hotel
