Hotel Garden Panvel

I'm American and the AC was cold enough for me , and it was May in Panvel. The front desk was able to connect me to a manager who spoke English when I had a question; I'd be happy to stay here again! Coffee in the morning in their restaurant was relaxing; and enjoyed the view out the windows while sipping.

The owner wants to keep its value and wants this place to be labeled as a heritage one, best in class food quality, great taste the problem is with service staff not at all friendly, AC cooling is also worst but one cannot ignore the tasty food once visited. If the owner gives instructions to the ground staff to be polite and do some good services with AC can solve the major problems. Despite the service and cooling problem I will still recommend this place only for its great taste.

Really like this hotel for its ambience, it's very peaceful as ders no crowd don't know why it's always empty even though they serve the best food but the items in the menu are very less and a bit on higher price. The service is good. And if you are looking for a business meeting then this place is good for them as well.

Cost is too high no compliment breakfast

Even the simplest of Food is expensive compared to other areas. Did not find anything unique worth mentioning. There are so many pqnner dishes listed. Ordered two. They both tasted almost same. The staff cannot tell the difference between the dishes when asked. (Not many but few Mosquitoes available to keep you busy while the food arrives. One does have an option to burn mosquito repellant sticks indoor). Overall average.

Good thing about this restobar has separate family section and bar section. It has good low light ambience, pretty clan place, tasty food and quick service. Though service was good, but Staff needs to be well trained while managing parties. Overall good experience. Revisit recommended Service - 7/10 Food - 7.5/10 Ambience - 7.5/10

It was a good restaurant. Nice and cosy place with good food. I liked the ambience. It has a bar as well. That's always a plus point to people like us. I like the taste and service. They have a good variety of options available in all the sections. The only part that I didn't like was they didn't had any options in desserts. That's a setback which I hope they will overcome pretty soon. Hopefully. Other than that it's not even overpriced as well. You can have a good time with family and friends.

The service is a little slow on some days. But the food is really well made. Their cream of veg soup is one of my favorites. The staff is polite as well
