Good hotel for staying if u r about to visit mhappe industrial area.

The Hotel is a brand new building. That's why I booked it. It's in an industrial area, so people who wanna do their business related stays, it's a good option. I stayed solo so the room had ample space. The price is decent considering the location and facilities. I got cabs very easily. You will get meals if you need.

Worst experience ever. 1. they do not provide complementary drinking water in rooms. 2. Washrooms were messy washroom door didn't close properly and no sanitaries were provided. 3. Food was very mediocre considering the price. 4. According to price rooms are very small and not at all worth it as location is too remote and weird. There is always this fear of something fishy happening.

This experience was disheartening and not reflective of the high standards of hospitality that Galaxy Inn is known for. Maneger is tha great person in good behaviour

Worst service... Staff is not helpful, Very rude and arrogant behaviour Main door lock was breaked, blanket was smelly and staff not ready to change room... They will not even complementary water bottle and even plate and spoon.. They commenting, "itne paise me itna hi milega" Advise to you all.. don't stay here.. Not worth for money
