Hotel Express INN, Panvel

Its actually Hotel Mosquito INN. Rooms are very small, just enough to fit a bed and a table. We must have killed over 20 mosquitos in a day and they still keep coming. Goodnight is just not effective and had to kill mosquitos by hand and keep washing it I dint dare look for more pests and dint find any, food was okay but location was good, close to a lake and orion mall Not good idea to go with family

Location is good and quite effective rate with good service. Rooms are clean with good air conditioned, wifi and TV. Suitable for single person or a couple. Slightly disturbed due to mosquitoes. Overall good to stay.

Very good hotel and rooms also, staff is also very helpful. I booked again for 27th April for two days by paying full amount. They shown me very good big room

I saw some nagetive review. But I thought they are not satisfied for their comunication gap. Hotel is too good . Neat and clean room . Service was too good. When I enter the room click some photos.

SCAM!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I HAD ACCOMMODATED THIS ROOM DURING COLDPLAY CONCERT FOR WHICH I HAD BOOKED THE ROOM 2 MONTHS BACK VIA AGODA APP AND LUCKILY I HAD CALLED THE HOTEL DIRECTLY AND CONFIRMED WITH THEM THAT ROOM HAS BEEN BOOKED ON SO AND SO DATE AND OUR ROOMS ARE CONFIRMED FOR WHICH I HAD CALL RECORDING ALSO, THE ROOM BOOKED WAS DELUXE WITH AC. THE DAY WE REACHED THE HOTEL THE RECEPTIONIST ASKED US WHY HAVE YOU COME HERE.(RUDE) WE TOLD THEM WE HAVE BOOKED THE ROOM VIA AGODA FOR 2 NIGHTS. THEY ASKED FOR VOUCHER CODE(?) WE GAVE THEM THE BOOKING ID. THEY SAID THIS ALL IS OK, WHERE IS THE VOUCHER CODE. WE TOLD THEM WHAT IS A VOUCHER CODE, AGODA GAVE US THE BOOKING ID AND THEY HAVE MESSAGED US ALSO THAT ROOM IS NOOKED AND WE CAN CHECK IN TODAY. RECEPTIONIST TOLD US SINCE IT'S A BUSY WEEKEND ALL ROOMS ARE BOOKED AND THEY DON'T HAVE ROOM FOR US. THEY ALSO TOLD US THEY WERE PERSONALLY CALLING US ON THAT DAY SINCE MORNING TO CONFIRM IF WE WILL BE COMING THAT DAY. WE TOLD THEM BUT ROOM IS ALREADY BOOKED WHY GIVE OUR ROOM TO ANOTHER PERSON. I JUST CALMLY PLAYED THE AUDIO RECORDING TO WHICH THE RECEPTIONIST FACE TURNED PALE BECAUSE IT WAS HIS VOICE THAT "OUR ROOM IS CONFIRMED AND WE WON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM DURING CHECK IN PROCESS" AFTER LISTENING TO THAT HE SAID "SIR WAIT FOR 2 MINS WE WILL ARRANGE ROOM FOR YOU" EVEN AFTER THAT THEY GAVE US THIS SMALL ROOM, WHICH WAS GRUESOME AND FULL OF FILTH. SO YES DON'T TRUST THEM AND WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM.

We were looking for a hotel close to railway station for one night and it turned out to be a nightmare with Hotel Express INN Panvel, we had booked a standard room through Agoda.com for 1600, hotel the reception fellow told us that we had booked standard room but standard rooms are not available so we will need to upgrade for Rs 800 for a deluxe room.. there was no lift so we had to climb up 1 floors to go to the room with luggage and what we see is a small room.bedsheet was torn,not clean, the counter with tea coffee sachets were not refilled,room was full of mosquitoes,no phone for room service and this was a deluxe room which costed us 2400 for one night...when I asked the reception fellow if this is what they called deluxe, he tells us that I will show u standard room, there is no place to stand besides the bed in that room.fan regulator was not working..fan was only running on full speed,no dustbin in washroom, room was stinking,when I kept a pouch on my side table,the table broke and fell,hotel just trying to lutofy people...if u are a family don't ever book a room here....Agoda also did not help us in this regard...and am shocked that such hotels get listed on Agoda...very bad experience...adding our experience so that nobody should fall trap to such hotels

Awesome stay n all staff operative. Mr Sable is one of good guidance person who guide us for all. Food n everything was excellent

Good place to stay. Reception staffs and service are very kind.
