Title: Disappointing Stay at Aura Inn Rating: 1/5 I recently had the misfortune of staying at Aura Inn and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the hotel was not living up to its advertised standards. The room was small and cramped, with outdated furniture and a lack of amenities. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The bathroom was tiny and had a strange odor. But the real issue was the service. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me with any of my requests. Overall, I would not recommend to anyone. The combination of poor service, uncomfortable rooms, and lackluster amenities makes it a hotel to avoid. Date of Stay:01 Price: 3200+gst Will I return? No

Great experience staying in this hotel.Excellent location, very near station,we was lucky to be upgraded to a superior room with window. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast was also very good.The staffs service are excellent throughout and they are very attentive.We are very happy and much appreciated.Thank you very much!Will be back again again

Earlier this was the best property in entire digha...but now a days they has started looting the customer....they charge any amount of their wish... person sitting on a counter him self is a frod...sometimes he gives hotel scanner with gst amount....some time he gives his personal scanner....some time he charge 900 rs for 2 hrs....and now he charge 1500 for 2 hrs.... Owner please look about this guy.....something fishy he is doing.....-and customer please compare other hotels in vicinity before going to this place....their are many option with better room at cheap rates...starting from 800

Room fascility is excellent Service is also very good and fast Food is very delicious and healthy Their staff and all the cooking material is very clean and best Mangement is familiar with guest Provide safety 24\7

Thank you so much Aura Inn for your services... All the staff was ready to help any time. Supportive team Rooms were well cleaned and mannered. Security was maintained well. Will visit again for sure
