Gold Crest Business Hotel

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Gold Crest in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The location is perfect -- easily accessible and well-connected to major areas. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean, with all the essential amenities provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff was very polite, helpful, and professional, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Service was top-notch, and everything was well-managed. Overall, it's a great place for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Airoli.

We stayed at this hotel in February 2025 for 3 nights. It is located in CDB convenient for tourists. Restaurant, shopping, BTS, entertainments are all within walking distance. No waster of time encountered. It was a pleasant experience where we were upgraded to suite room for free. The Concierge staff was really great. Really superb hospitality from Irene and Gy and others I forgot their name. Warm feeling. They kept filling my wine glass until I told them to stop. Food is fanstactic where variety is plentiful. Door man is very attentive as if they knew we are coming including elevator. I also met their GM in Club lounge, Robert W who is really a genuine GM and a pleasure to chat with. Comparing to JW down the road, I would say that Robert is a winner in shaping up the hospitality. Sorry JW but I still like the hotel.

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, providing exceptional service throughout our stay.

Overall a good hotel. It's far away from Mumbai city. It's in new Mumbai. Usually its noise at the metro train is passing nearby. Veg food taste was average. The Chinese food of this hotel was an Awesome

We've hosted numerous events at Gold Crest Business Hotel's banquet hall, and every experience has been seamless. The food quality is excellent, and I highly recommend this venue for upcoming events. The staff deserves special praise for their helpfulness and exceptional behavior, they truly made our events shine!

The hotel is at a very good location. It is close to the highway as well as railway station. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Staff is very helpful. Manager Anthony Kharat is approachable and always willing to help.

It's a good "value for money" kind of accommodation and great cordial service for a quick business travel, modest free breakfast, and a clean room. Good location at the Airoli crossing, near the highway at Navi Mumbai. Easy to get Uber cabs even at odd hours. However, expect sleep disturbance till late night, the sound of passing trains and heavy vehicles!
