A typical old building in Mumbai with a vintage metal sliding lift that can only accommodate three people at a time, often surrounded by dust and filled with mosquitoes.

Rooms are average at best - if you love to sleep with COCKROACHES IN YOUR BED. I woke up at 2 in the night to go to the washroom and was greeted with a large cockroach, paid no heed but when I went to my bed another 2-3 small cockroaches enjoying. At 3 in the night I told them to give me a room change - they were all booked - asked for a refund - no refund on card payment he said and then when I asked him to change' the bedsheet he said I cannot do it at night. I used to be a regular here but was shocked to experience all of this and my night and next day are ruined.

Kutub Uddin is a smart guy and his behaviour is amazing

I booked the room for 1 day for family of 3 and have Informed staff 2 days prior and even given reminder in morning on check-in day still after reaching we have to wait for 30 mins to get our room clear.. The room was spacious with 1 queen size bed & 1 single bed balcony kitchen room so basically room was good for 3 people but it was so dirty with full of smoking smell and burnt cigarettes were lying near table with dust even the AC was not working properly so have requested staff to clean the Room floor the staff did the same but still it was not clean enough entire stay the room was having cigarettes smell and as we were tired enough so didn't changed the hotel and thought to adjust for 1 day.. Staff was polite and helpful but when we complaint about room they said earlier guest did smoking and all so now it's difficult to remove that smell no option.. My Frnd suggested me this hotel considering it's good for family but after experience the stay will not recommend as the room was so dirty and smelly even they didn't took care of basic hygiene. HOTEL LOCATION - 5/5 TRANSPORT OPTIONS -5/5 ROOM SPACE -4/5 CLEANINESS -0/5 STAFF -4/5 Hotel location is good so please improve hotel CLEANINESS and maintain basic hygiene..

Such an lovely stay, especially for young couple sho wouldn't opt for a day in, but few hours. The manager/owner is a complete delight and they make the experience way way better. Okayish room. Clean. No room service however you can ask anything to the owner and manager and they'll try their level best to get it done. Person tip: make the owner your friend, to get Insane discount.

Rooms are on and average and not upto your requirement. Services are poor and lift failed to work. Heavy noise due to party arranged some occupants till 1AM night. There was no proper response from staff about the complaint. Not recommended for families.
