Fortune Select Exotica, Navi Mumbai - Member ITC Hotels' Group

I went for 2 night stay. Hotel is very well placed. Service and staff and top class. Two issues I would like to mention 1) Old property, TV are not up to date. My room had AC leakage of water. 2) Food can be way better, breakfast buffet was stale and tasteless, also we ordered food in the room which wasn't good enough. Time to change their chef I guess..

Had the most amazing time at Fortune Select Exotica, Navi Mumbai. They have a really good selection in their buffet menu and an excellent ambience. Special mention to Akash Singh for being extremely hospitable during our visit, and even arranging a cake for the special occassion. Would definitely rate this as one of my best dining experiences.

The staff was good . I had visit the property last week and I strongly agree one of the best hotel in Navi Mumbai. Hk staff was very polite Avinash was very polite from hk . Overall service was very good . Breakfast is too good. Mulayam from fo he was very to us . Excellent stay

I recently booked Fortune Select Exotica for a corporate event, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The service was extremely poor, and the management seemed completely disorganized. The biggest issue was the food service, which was incredibly slow. Guests were left waiting for long periods, and it was clear that the staff was not prepared to handle the event efficiently. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no urgency or proper coordination from the management team. For a hotel of this stature, I expected professionalism and smooth execution, but instead, it was chaotic and frustrating. The lack of responsiveness and poor service overshadowed whatever positives the venue might have. If you're considering this place for a corporate event, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless they make significant improvements in their service quality. A very disappointing experience overall.

The staff at the hotel makes it a point to greet you with the warmest smile possible and makes all the right efforts to make one feel like home. Rooms are good and maintained. Amenities provided are better than other hotels in comparison. Food is really delicious and adjusted as per need. Overall a lovely stay!!

It's an amazing hotel with very excellent ambience and too good staff who presents themselves and the hotel with utmost respect for all of there customers. My personal experience was very enjoyable and also the food over here is to amazing with a good taste. Special thanks to Mr. Shubham.

My daughter's wedding celebration was held at Fortune Exotica. ||Reception arrangements, decor and food was well appreciated by all guests. Excellent efforts by all team members. Chef Dwarka made the taste buds go asking for more.||A personal thanks to event in charge Milind Moharil...from day 1 till last moment he was extremely cooperative and helpful with effective suggestions to make our event memorable...kudos!

Very nice hotel, very polite people. Right from entry. Mr. Mulayam gave us a brief about stay and hotel facilities.|I was in room no. 528 & 527.|Breakfast was also very nice, Mr. Khush was very cooperative and humble.||I will visit again. |Perfect hotel in Navi Mumbai.
