I went to the restaurant they had, food was very bad like we got mendu vada they were so much oily that it all ruined the taste and we couldn't even eat it the oil was dripping out of that The service was very poor the waiter captain was rude he was talking like he didn't need any customers we were been taken as granted Very poor food we even had dosa and coffee which was really awful and rates are like hell 95Rs for mendu vada that too oil dripping mendu vada 115Rs for masala dosa which was not cooked properly masala was just smashed potatoes I won't recommend it to anyone

Room in Panvel 500 mts from mgm hospital has veg and non veg include bar no other stay near by average room non ac 1300 ac 1500 near to fci godown and bsnl regular power cut but they have back up too

Rooms are very bad, smelling badly! No clean beds and washrooms, AC is not working good. Very ild AC's. Reception and manager are not welcoming! Not preferable

Very dirty rooms and there is no any hegine maintain the pillow are so dirty also floor is dirty and washroom is like a public toilet I don't recommend this hotel to anyone don't stay here It was very beautiful and peaceful hotel before sone years but now they don't maintain it very worst and horrible experience

Book Hotel From Oyo For My family. The room was dirty and not cleaned well, worst bedsheets and pillows the ac was also not working. This guy's accept money of ac room and doesn't give u the said ac room hand over the non AC room , full day wasted. Also The guy On Resecption Desk was very Rude and didn't helped at all. Suggest do not book this hotel ever means ever worst service.

Shady hotel at a shady locality. Cleanliness is the worst, bed sheets were stained, pillows were bas, sockets were out of wall, no towels. Bathroom needed so much repairing, flush was not working,jet was not working. It took us 20-25 mins to check in for a paid booking. Worst experience !

No AC room as comitted, fully stained bed sheet and blankets, one of the worst experience, hotel didn't had spare bedsheets . In name of customer care services, I was offered a refund and that to need 7 to 14 days to get credited in account.

Sharing honest opinion below based on my personal experience: 1. I was asked to pay extra amount even after I explicitly called and asked them for booking confirmation couple of days before. They even assured me that the booking is confirmed and when I reached the hotel, they declined my stay and asked me to pay more. (They said that I'll need to checkout on the same day and I was forced to evacuate on the amount I paid which was ~1300) What's the whole point of confirming the booking when they knew that the amount was not upto their expectations. They could have immediately told me on call that I would need to pay extra. But Nope. They didn't. The hotel reception guy literally said that he thought I would be checking in at 11 pm instead of 11 am when I clearly mentioned to him that I'll be reaching there at 11:30 am on the day of check-in! 2. Please do not finalise the room based on it's pictures shown in oyo app as the room size is not that big and not that neat either. 3. The location is bad. It's around truck parking area near a highway. If you wish to stay inside the room throughout your stay and not go out, then you can consider this room as there is nothing outside. 4. The hotel menu has lots of food options but it is not the actual case as when you order it, they might say it's not available. 5. In the bathroom, there's no exhaust and really unclean. 6. They don't provide water bottles and we had to pay for it. We even had to ask them to give us towels and soap. The charging outlets were removed (probably to fit hidden cameras) Really shady hotel rooms. 7. Last but not least... Make sure to carry "Rat Kill Sprays" as you are certain to find Rats in the premise... A lot of rats! Conclusion - If I had an option to rate it 0 out of 5, I would have definitely done that as this hotel has almost no amenities or services worth enough for the amount I spent. The amount for which these people are charging the room... the services they provide is literally 1/3rd of the price! On top of that, these people literally forced me to checkout on the same day even after "confirming" my booking over the call (which I had even recorded). Highly not recommending to book this hotel as it would surely hamper your experience. Definitely not worth it
