Centre Point Navi Mumbai

I recently visited Centre Point Hotel in Navi Mumbai, which features a unique Pablo Picasso theme. Although Spaghetti Bolognese wasn't on the menu, Chef Kunal kindly prepared it for me, which I truly appreciated. The waiter service was excellent, and the food was served hot and tempting. I highly recommend visiting this place to experience the great food and warm hospitality. You can even request dishes that aren't on the menu, and don't miss the chance to meet the talented Chef Kunal.

Hotel Centre Point was more than just a place to stay; it was a delightful experience. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a refreshing welcome drink. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.||My room was a picture of tranquility. The soft, plush bedding, coupled with the serene ambiance, made it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The modern amenities, including a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, added a touch of luxury.||The hotel's restaurant served delectable cuisine that tantalized my taste buds. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, offering a wide array of both local and international delicacies. The evening dinner was equally impressive, with expertly crafted dishes that showcased the chef's culinary skills.|All thank you the chef pradeep sing, chef Jeet kumar, and tarmeen ma'am for providing best in class service.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my stay at your hotel on April 3rd. Upon checking in, I handed over my driver's license, but unfortunately, I forgot to collect it when I checked out. Since then, I have contacted your hotel multiple times regarding the return of my license, but I have yet to receive a response. This level of customer service is highly disappointing, and I feel my concerns have not been given the attention they deserve.

The room and overall hotel is clean. Enough parking. The restaurant menu is very limited and not much variety. You need to be a bathroom singer because the bathroom door does not have a bolt / locking system and the Door is sliding. No rack to hang clothes inside either. Hot water was available. Bathrooms are clean. Room service was very slow and had to be reminded many times. The food was delicious especially the dessert in the dinner buffet. The staff is polite and helpful. Overall I had a great time.

From the start I will not recommend this hotel due to the numerous issues faced during my recent stay with my family. Checkin - took 45mins. We were the only ones checking in at approx 2:30pm. Room - we booked a family room for 2 adults 2 children. We were then shown our Room which had 1 bed. We were told they had no sofa bed or any rollout beds. ??? I was very confused as they expected 4 people to share the same bed. Note my kids are 13 and 14 years of age. They told us to use the sofa. I had to insist the hotel put some bedding down and provide a pillow and light blanket. House Keeping - this was awful. They would only provide bare minimum in room. We booked 4 days and 2 of the days we had to share ONE bath towel between the 4 of us. Toiletries were lacking and we had to ask for toilet tissue. The floor of room was sticky and easy to see some kind of spillage. Furthermore we found savoury food all over the floor which indicated the room was not properly cleaned. Hot Water - as if having to share bath towels was not bad enough we had cold water for 2 days. Bed bugs. There were no mosquitoes in the room but my son that slept on the sofa what bite marks all over his exposed lower legs. A doctor later confirmed these were bed bug bites and not mosquito bites. Nail sticking out of floor. The floor had a strip in middle of main walking area. We found a nail poking out which luckily my wife did not cut her feet. Took us several calls to get someone to hammer it back down. Very poor maintenance is evident at this hotel. Restaurant- this was a disaster for us as 24 hours after eating there my son had food poisoning. The only place he ate chicken was at this hotel. Food was not hot so I made a very poor decision not to complain and another to stop my son eating it as when I when to eat it it the chicken did not smell right. If feel so bad for my son as he was sick and with diarrhoea for 2 days running. Staff were non attentive and could been seen just having a talk and laugh between themselves. The General Manager. Probably the worst I have ever experienced. Totally patronising and full of himself. Everything my wife and I shared with him about our experiences was a shock to him. We also informed him that we raised a compliant and as it was totally ignored we asked for it to be escalated to the Duty Manager. He claimed no one informed him. Later 3 staff approached us and said the Duty Manager was informed but he did not do anything. This hotel falls so far below expected standard that a negative rating would not justify our extremely poor experience. I have traveled the world and stayed in all classes of hotels. The Centre Point has excellent images of their hotel but they must be from many years ago. The General Manager was pathetic. He was full of excuses but failed to acknowledge that he was the Captain and ultimately his responsibility to steer his ship and crew. Staff complained to us that the manager was not performing his duties but quick to blame staff. I give an example. This hotel has no spare towels. Why ? The manager says they don't have the budget. What !!! You don't have spare towels, you take bookings for a family and tell them to use the sofa with no bedding. I booked super early as much as 9 months in advance to avoid disappointment as was travelling with family. I had another 4 days booked for a week later but instantly cancelled this in favour of the recently opened Marriott that was 30 seconds walk from Centre Point. Marriott was not available when I booked way back as is a new hotel only opened 5 months ago. Would I recommend this hotel ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!! Dear General Manager. I welcome your response with open arms but I still maintain that you as the Captain of your ship ARE asleep at the wheel.

It is worth the cost. Though there are few branded hotels adjacent, i would suggest this hotel. The rooms are spacious and the service is good. They have a lot of items on their breakfast spread. It is easily accessible and on the main road.

I was here at hotel Center Point Navi Mumbai when I started my new job. Got this address of hotel. This hotel is best for hospitality and takes care of all the guest much carefully.The food here is awesome and is delicious, I recommend all to eat once. Chef Jeet Singh is perfect cook. Chef Pradeep is good person and is excellent cook and kind person .Talking about service Termen mam is perfect example how service should be delivered.
