I recently stayed at Aviva Hospitality, a small hotel that left much to be desired. While the hotel's location was convenient, the overall experience was not that good due to several shortcomings. The hotel's proximity to local attractions and transportation hubs was a plus. The room rates were relatively low, making it a budget-friendly option. But, the hotel lacks a lift, which made it challenging for me to climb the stairs, especially with luggage. The rooms were small and not well-ventilated, making the stay uncomfortable. Some of the staffs are not helpful enough. They seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns or providing basic assistance.

Best hospitality in nearby areas, staffs are well mannered, Room are spacious and clean.
