Date: 08-09 May (Weekday) I am writing to share my dissatisfaction with the quality of service and facilities during my stay at your resort. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. Room Cleanliness and Hygiene: The room provided was not properly cleaned. Dust was visible, especially in the corner near the bedside, which raised serious concerns about hygiene standards. Food Quality: The food offered was disappointing, with poor taste and quality. The items didn't meet even basic standards, and overall, it was a letdown. Smoking and Toiletries: There was visible ash inside the room, and the toiletries provided were insufficient and of low quality. Service Issues: During breakfast, I requested coffee with less sugar after finding the tea too sweet. The staff member confirmed, but the coffee never arrived, which is unacceptable. Similarly, during Hi Tea, despite the advertised time of 5 PM, I was informed that the coffee would only be available after 5:30 PM, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Considering these issues, I feel that my stay was a total waste of both time and money. I am highly disappointed with the overall experience, and I regret choosing your resort. I would not recommend it to others, and I certainly will not be returning. I hope this feedback helps to improve so that others will not face any issue in future.

Atasa Resort...a peaceful place to relax and enjoy with your loved ones, friends and relatives. I am a teacher by profession and I took my students there. We had a great time. Especially their service is very nice. The staff members are very humble, cooperative and they were positive about our every demand. It's safe for the girls so we had a blast without any judgement. The food was very delicious and had a variety. I personally recommend to visit Atasa Resort.

Extremely Disappointing Experience Rude and unprofessional staff. The room was in terrible condition--full of mosquitoes, a lizard crawling around, and a smelly, unwashed blanket. Food was awful: stale breakfast with barely any variety, and evening snacks were almost nonexistent. The pool was constantly overcrowded with local street people, making it very uncomfortable, especially for families. The crowd overall was not suitable for a family stay. To make things worse, the booking was misleading, and there was no support from management. If you try to cancel, they'll deduct nearly 90% of the amount--no flexibility or fairness at all. Total waste of time, money, and energy. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Atasa Resort, and it was a truly memorable experience. The food was another highlight, with each dish being flavorful, fresh, and well-prepared, offering a delightful culinary experience. What made the stay even more enjoyable were the activities available at the resort. I had a great time participating in the lively dance sessions, enjoying the vibrant swimming pool party, and trying out some adventurous activities, making it a place I would highly recommend to anyone.

Our office group of 40 had an absolute blast! We enjoyed outdoor games like badminton, cricket, and sangit khurchi. The swimming pool was a huge hit, and the DJ evening was fantastic! But what stole the show was the breathtaking lake point at the back of the resort! The food was simple yet deliciously tasty! Suggestions for improvement: - Provide swimming tubes/jackets for non-swimmers - Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in washrooms Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend for families and team outings!"

A very beautiful place which is pollution Free....It is refreshing even in summer....will keep coming back in rains and winter.... Perfect hospitality.... excellent food...Very Professional and helpful staff....Hats off to Vivek bhai and all the staff...you guys are amazing....

The food was amazing.. The place could have been maintained better and made more lively. Okay to spend just a few hours.
