7 Apple Hotel - Mahape

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel. The food was delicious, and the staff was very cooperative, making the experience even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, and the overall stay was quite pleasant. One of the standout features was the hotel's flexibility in allowing outside food deliveries from services, which added great convenience. Highly recommend this place for a relaxed and hassle-free experience!

I would give 5 stars for cleanliness and hygiene, as well as for the quick response of the staff. However, I missed having a hair dryer in the room, and I would suggest providing a kettle for warm water. If it's not possible to have a kettle in every room, it would be helpful if guests could request one, and it should be provided upon request. If these improvements can be made, this hotel will be my first choice in the future. I hope that the excellent service continues in the same way.

"I had a wonderful experience at 7 Apples, Mahape. The front desk staff, Ms. Trisha, was very humble and assisted me with all the check-in formalities. She also supported me with day-to-day transactions during my stay. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The stay was extremely comfortable, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff was very courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist, making the experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend this place for a great stay and dining experience!

Hotel staff is supportive (such as trisha upadhyay was very helpful) and room service and food is awesome. One of my best experience and it is at MIDC which has great connectivity to other stations and areas. Also, they provide good laundry services.

Overall good hotel, room is good but facilities are average. Cleanliness is good. Staff in the restaurant was very polite and food and breakfast was extremely good. But the manager at the reception was not very welcoming and polite. He had a take it or leave it attitude and needs to learn some lessons about good hospitality.

I stayed here in a business trip. Very happy with everything. Nice clean rooms, quick service, fast check in check out, very good quality food in the restaurant. Thanks so much for taking care of everything so well. I would highly recommend staying here.
