If you are looking for quality food (Indian, Chinese, Sea food) and drinks your one stop choice is Appetite Restaurant. They helped me organise my daughter's birthday party for 50 people at reasonable price. Food was loved by all the guests. I still visit on special occassions and they have maintained the quality of food for the past 4 years I have been visiting.

I personally loved the food the restaurant (appetite) serves. Overall service was good. Rooms are affordable and well maintained. Staff is helpfully. And they have parking space which is very efficient as they are located on the sion panvel highway.

One thing I liked about this hotel is Appetite Bar where food and service was of excellent quality. Rooms were clean and tidy.only setback is , stairs and passage area needs little cooling . Sea food in the restaurant was of excellent quality.

Hotel full of mosquitos.. Could not sleep the whole night.. Receptionist is not bother to say sorry for this.. This has been my worst experience in any hotel. Food quality is not good.. Only positive point of this hotel is the room service. The TV's needs patience.

Devis Residency is located a stones throw away from the Sanpada Railway Station. It can be a good option for somebody who is in the city for a short time. Being at a close proximity to the highway it can be accessed by train or bus too easily. Can be noisy at times.

I like this hotel and it's near to my shooting point " Sanpada Railway Station " and if your looking for a nice hotel with bar mist visit here one thing I liked about the hotel is there room service and staff is also helpful !
