I stayed here for over week while working and travelling, the room was spacious and clean, with decent wifi, and an amazing restaurant downstairs to order food from. The staff were helpful and made my stay there very welcoming. Ideal for solo travellers as the rooms are very affordable. I'll definitely as stay here again if I stop in Navi Mumbai again.

The corridors were not very clean, and there's not much in the hotel itself. It's fine if you just need a place to sleep at night and plan to be out during the day. Would recommend it more for a friends' group stay rather than a family visit. Wouldn't call it a bad experience, but some improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and service responsiveness would make a big difference for future guests.

Very poor experience, there was not even water bottles in the room. Even after asking to room service they didi not provide water. Later one guy charged me 50 rupees for a water bottle. Staff is very fraudulent doesn't care about guest. It's my second time back to back worst stay with OYO it's time for me to stop using OYO.

The rooms are scam, dirty rooms, rude service, unsafe staff, and do not book from oyo.. absolutely unhelpful. I paid 6292 for 3 nights, waste of money, the photos shown and the room is really different and if you argue they are rude, they can't provide the same rooms that are in the photo.

The location, staff, aminties and conduct is all good but the hotel is manifested with rats and mosquitoes. Staff was helpful to change the room where two rats were roaming around on the bed but the second room was infested too.

The hotel staff was really helpful and polite. The cleanliness of the rooms was on point. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great stay!
