Hi, If someone is really going to visit this Hotel so please first go through my review. I had booked this Hotel room for 2 days and I was already Prepaid customer for them, however the way these hotel management team treated was very very very bad...They have not provided me Suitable room as per my booking, first thing is that Property Manager is big lier. The room which was provided AC not working, Dirty toilets and there is Open Balcony Room which is attached with another room so that if your window is Open so anybody can come to your room. Another thing when I requested Property Manager to change my room due to AC issues and this balcony thing, he directly denied and told me we only have that 1 room available so I told him that I have booked earlier as well as paid for this Hotel.. However he denied me for room also he was asking for 500rs so that I can do something for you. I Spoked with customer care and have asked about this scenarios, although customer care team taken Property Manager on conference call and he changed his words in a second in front of customer care executive and telling lie that we have provided the room and also we are repairing the AC give us sometime will provide the room.. This kind of service this property will provide you... I strongly suggests you guys do not visit to this Hotel, they only give preference who came directly to them and only 0.5% preference for online customers. I could have gave point half start but there is no option as this property not even deserve 1 Star. Hotel Management:- 0 Star. Rooms :- 0 Star. Overall:- 0 Star Hotel.

Before booking I visited the property for comfort purposes, they showed me really a really hell room with zero comfort, cleanliness, service, etc. Very discomfort experience, AC ain't working, not exchanging & refundable, not providing bucket & mug & when you've asked provide very dirty. At least 1 water bottle will be complementary but they've charged 30 per bottle for 20waterbottle. We booked a room through oyo for the next day which cost us 1800something when we asked for a much better room which showed in the pictures they'll provide it for 2500 unofficially. Overall worst experience ever, there are whey more better hotels at these prices.

Crappy service found used condom in the room and loaded with dust... what room service is being done .. are the sheets even being changed? Room service Dust allergy and transmissable disease service

Not a good experience.. Rooms are just modified apartments and not clean. Didn't opt for food but charged extra for water. Don't opt

I was paid 2200 for the day. However, the service was absolutely poor. The air conditioning was not working in any of the rooms; I moved rooms three times, but the problem persisted, and one of the rooms was also under construction. I parked my car with their permission. When I was checking out. I received my car in damaged condition. And it cost me 21,000, which is extremely costly and they don't have any acceptable clarification. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Rooms were spacious, but not so clean . It was dusty and dirty chair , hole in the bedsheet, dirty linen & towel , loud AC .
