OYO Flagship The Star Hotel

We have been staying in this hotel for 3 days. The night staff here is very bad and their way of talking is also not good at all.

Very spacious rooms at a budget price. Service is very good. The hotel does not own a restaurant. Nearby many eating options are available. Bathrooms need to be cleaned and renovation required.

Located in a very congested area,the hotel does not have GST,even they don't provide bills,no complementary services.even water bottle also chargeable.bed mattresses very hard.very pathetic.no house keeping done during my three night stay. Don't recommend.OYO is again unprofessional,they called many time untill I pay advance payment.once payment is done ,no invoice.hortible

The hotel is good and it can be more beautiful if you keep the right person at the reception the person who was available at the reception along with few employees try to cheat with me I showed him make my trip booking amount and facilities provided by the make my trip the receptionist refused to accept my booking instead he said 1500 for non AC and 2000 for AC room and on make my trip the price was showing 1200 approx I'm frequent traveler and and I tried explaining him do not cheat with guest otherwise I will compian to the owner of the property and also on make my trip after spoiling my mood I didn't stay there I simply felt the property

Calm and quiet area, very near to Railway station, good connectivity.

The hotel by no means can be considered "Flagship". There is no sign of Oyo branding anywhere - it felt like I am staying in some local lodge. They gave us a room on the 1st floor which was under construction and everything smelled like paint and sawdust. The worst part is there were small cockroaches everywhere - on the floor and in the cupboard drawers. Since it was late night and I had a wedding function to attend, I could not do anything. The service was not good as well - no drinking water was offered and the checkin process was not smooth as well.

This Hotel takes bookings from MAKE MY TRIP or OYO or maybe other applications. i make any advance payment in Make my trip for booking this property. when i came for the check-in the hotel told me we don't have any tie up with Make my trip. so you have to pay separately extra amount to hotel then you have to check-in in this property. What kind of scam is going on I don't understand. so my recommendation is to check twice before booking in advance for this particular property.

Staff is very rude, they act like we are staying for free and burden on them, BAD * they clearly refused oyo booking, when i reached hotel there staff forced me to pay cash, No pay tm or online payment, which looks little weird, may be the staff was try to collect extra cash from us and then give us sub standard or low standard room, which they indeed gave * they didn't give even water bottle * ac turns ON but no cooling, when i asked them they said, they said you should've checked this when you went first went into the room * service guy asked for tip amount for just opening the room door, nothing else * room was dusty, furniture, table sofa everything had dust on it * bathroom was dirty, * bathroom roof was falling off. Good * safe parking, they got enough space * hotel is on road, so need to drive through narrow streets * hotel is close to mumbai pune expressway * room size is good, but they are not maintaining it * bed sheet looked clean
