Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Vashi

Poor Experience - Definitely Not Returning Visited with family for a special occasion, but the experience was disappointing from the start. Despite booking well in advance, we were made to wait due to clear mismanagement of crowd. Several families faced the same issue. We were eventually seated in the bar area--not ideal for a family dinner. Sadly, the food too was below expectations and not worth the price. For a 4-star hotel, this level of service and hospitality is just not acceptable. Definitely won't be visiting again.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for Ms. Kavita Chandokar at Asian Kitchen. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and private space to nurse my baby. Her kindness, empathy, and proactive approach made a world of difference in my dining experience. It's rare to find such thoughtful service, and she truly exemplifies excellent customer care. I sincerely appreciate her efforts and hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Thank you for fostering such a welcoming environment for an anxious new first time mom!

located in the main Vashi , view fr rooms is great. you can see the entire highway front . great food , expensive room service . bouffe has many options, and breakfast is complementary. hotel is under renovation, so the original area of reception is shifted to the first floor and hence creates some confusion. overall very pleasant . it was a business trip to me

The hotel is little far from Mumbai airport, but well connected by rail and road network. It is walking distance away from Vashi railway station and Inorbit mall. The entrance is spacious so as the rooms. The gym, swimming pool, party hall are well maintained. Staff is very helpful. The breakfast is awesome with lots of varieties. Ample parking space is available. Surrounding is lively to enjoy the stay.

There are many hits and few misses with this property. A word of caution - Hotel is under renovation now so the property does not have a check in lobby. A make shift arrangement is made on the 1st floor, it wasn't crowded and our check in process was smooth. Although I would have appreciated the transparency in letting us know about the renovation before booking. Have to make a special mention of the staff which I feel is the biggest asset at this property. Right from the entry to room service, check in desk, restaurant staff tripplers bar are extremely helpful, special mention of the Duty Manager Ms Mahima and Tripplers manager Mr. Saurabh for going above and beyond. Hotel location is very good right next to a shopping mall railway station and many retail spaces nearby.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times during my official visit and I like staying here as it is close to everything u want. All rooms have good view, even if you are on lower floor. The gym is excellent with all possible amenities. The breakfast is awesome with lot and lot of options and multiple live counters. They have a bar overlooking the crowded street and the mall. They have ample parking space. Tip : ask for mall facing room
