Rooms are nice but little outdated not well maintained, food was also not good enough for family dinners. Services were ok. Hotel sfaff is cooperative. But if you compare the prices with experience then you will be disappointed. BUT Yes if you are visiting in monsoon time or after monsoon then this hotel has some of the great views of ADAI lake and ADAI FALLS from its rooms.

I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. From start to finish, the experience was unprofessional and poorly managed. Service: The staff was indifferent and unresponsive, showing little interest in addressing guest concerns. Simple requests were either ignored or delayed unnecessarily. Rooms: The rooms were poorly maintained and far from clean. The furniture was worn out, and there was an unpleasant musty odor throughout. Hygiene: Cleanliness was a major issue. The bathrooms were filthy, with visible grime and stains. Towels and linens looked stained and unclean, making the stay feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. Overall Maintenance: Common areas appeared neglected, with dust and debris visible in many places. It's clear that attention to detail is not a priority here. For the price charged, this hotel offers terrible value. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a pleasant and hygienic stay. There are far better options in the area.

This place has been taken over recently by the new owner and they do not know how to operate hotel properly. Rude behaviour and everything is non-functional.

Worst room booked ever. TV is missing, no cleaning, AC full of dust, broken sanitary fittings, broken curtain, bedsheet not changed, lights not working, damped dirty walls with popping out paint and not even clean. Broken switch board

Full of dust, lobby full of water, broken sanitary fittings, Tv is not available, damped dirty walls popping out wall colour and putty and not even cleaned, bedsheet not changed, torn towels, worst worst worst experience ever.

Very unhygienic room.no cleanliness in the room.as compare to cost it's not worth it.staff is ok ok and unhygienic waste material under the bed and in window.tv is not working.gyzer also not working in the bathroom.bedsheet and blankets are dirty all hairs are stuck in that.. drawers are dirty as well as the room is not good at all to seeing price.

I recently stayed at Collection O Hotel Phoenix in New Panvel, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. Despite booking online through the Oyo app, we were initially denied check-in and had to wait for an hour. The staff mentioned both a power issue and that the amount paid through the app was too low, causing further delay. Additionally, the staff was unresponsive, which made the situation even more frustrating. For those considering paying at the hotel, this might be a significant inconvenience.Once we finally got to our room, the bathroom was in poor condition, with some fixtures broken and an overall dirty appearance. Even with the windows closed, rainwater managed to seep inside. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell upon entering the room.On a positive note, the bed was clean, and the hotel has an easy address for online orders, but overall, the stay was disappointing.
