Had a great experience at this resort! The location is beautiful and peaceful, and the property is vast and well-maintained. The food was absolutely delicious with a good variety. The staff were extremely supportive and caring throughout our stay. Special thanks to the resort manager, Wasim, for his warm hospitality and excellent hosting. Highly recommended!

Didn't like the rooms at all, had very dull and gloomy vibe. Food wasn't good as well. Only good thing is services, staff and the way they take care of in house animals. Unlikely that ill go again. Visited with family and friends. Kids enjoyed but food was a turn off.

Good, quiet place. Definitely has a repeat value. But the road to the tents and area beyond the tents should be well lit and can be better maintained. The khatiya are very good but if put in the front lawn, they will be more utilised. The approach road, when we leave the highway is seen incorrectly in Google maps .

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Karandla Farms and Resort! The service was top-notch, and every staff member made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. The location is superb--serene, green, and perfect for a getaway. We loved the activities offered, especially the nature walk which was refreshing and peaceful, and the swimming pool was a great place to relax and have fun. We stayed at the Big Boss House (BBH), which was spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for our group of 9 people. It was super fun and very comfortable--perfect for a group retreat or family trip. A special mention to Waseem Sir, the manager, who was extremely helpful and communicated everything clearly, making our stay even smoother. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and homely flavors. Overall, this is one of the best places to visit if you're looking for a blend of nature, comfort, and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

We stayed here as a group and had a wonderful time. The team is extremely courteous and service oriented. All our expectations were met and they took good care of us. If I could give this place a rating below zero, I gladly would. Karhandla Farms and resorts in Umrer is the textbook definition of false advertising and unprofessionalism. I booked a room that was clearly shown on their listing via a hotel booking site, only to be turned away upon arrival like an uninvited guest. The staff not only refused to honor my confirmed booking, but their attitude was downright disgraceful--rude, dismissive, and completely indifferent to our situation. It was as if customer service had never been a concept introduced to them. There was no apology, no alternative solution, and not a shred of accountability. Just a cold shoulder and a smug refusal to help. The entire experience felt like a scam, and left a sour taste that completely ruined what was supposed to be a peaceful getaway. Karhandla Farms is not a resort--it's a disaster dressed up with deceptive photos and fake promises. Do yourself a favor: do not book this place. No vacation is worth the stress, humiliation, and utter disrespect we encountered here. I've had better experiences at roadside motels. Stay far, far away.
