Hotel Ratnaprabha Palace

Beautiful place and parking is huge. Food is awesome and tasty. Rooms was very clean,well maintained and cozy atmosphere. This place offers a great view.

Absolutely pathetic place. We booked an AC room. Full night no electricity. No one from the hotel there to look into it. The owners and service staff just locked the hotel and vanished. Tried calling the owner but no response. We had Scorpion and a frog in our room. The place is infested with mosquitoes. The place has a lot of promise but these people are not efficient at all. Stay at your own risk.

I'v stayed here twice in last one year and the experience was great. The food here is really good may it be Fish, Chinese or even the simple daal rice. The rooms are clean and the service is good too..

The rooms are good but the service is not really good. Food was good for the meal but breakfast was not good.

Budget friendly, awesome food (veg/non-veg options available), breakfast/snacks available, owner is very friendly, value for money.

Worst service. They dont have generator backup for electicity. There was no electricity entire night during our stay. It was so hot, we were awake whole night as we didn't had any other option of leaving late night. Service staff is rude. They dont clean room well after checkout.

I booked an AC room 5days in advance and I've been riding my bike from Murudeshwar, Karnataka to this place ( total 8hrs journey ) and at @goa I've been informed that there are no AC rooms available, non-AC chalega kya ?? What !!! I booked an AC room 5days in advance and you are giving a last minute surprise. So, until you reach the hotel, there is no guarantee that you will get what you booked. Never expected this. What if I've reached there and they would have refused by saying no rooms. Book this place at your own risk or travel with Tent because nearby there is no hotel.
