Amazing property had a really nice time with my family. Top service was given by the caretakers and food was very hygienic and delicious. Loved the stay and value for money.

Location is good. Play area available (lawn area) was good. Do not go by the pictures uploaded on website, factual situation differs from reality. Bumpy road was observed for about 500m. Compare to hefty charges, facilities available were limited. Badly maintained property, cleaning was not proper, no covid protocols were followed, even sanitizer was not available. Geysers were not working properly, toilet accessories were not cleaned properly. No toiletries were made available. Washbasin in dining were leaking and towel was kept on ground to absorb the water. The sofa sets, chairs were looks like to be brought from KABADKHANA. Bedsheets were not cleaned and for two days stay don't expect that, they will change the same. Kitchen was shabby and not at all maintained. Utensils available in kitchen were old and not maintained at all. You will get better cups in Tea stall. A bone piece was found in trolley which have no answer with them. Care taker - Guy was not at all aware about the kind of care to be taken of the guests. He was having his own sets of rules. Each and every time, we had to call him for the requirement. No proactiveness, seriousness and were lagging efficiency. Utensils were not cleaning on time. Inspite of telling swimming pool was not cleaned. Half heartedly cooking knowledge and will spoil your taste. Overall waste of money. I would definitely not recommend the property.

Place needs a bit of a maintenance check, the roof and the fans were covered with dust and spider webs, could smell the dust while in the living area, the dining table was sticky and oily at the same time, the kitchen is a bit sloppy and the most important part is that that if you open a drawer in the kitchen, beware, there might be a MICE IN THE KITCHEN that might just jump out on you. This made us futher more scared to use even the utensils there. The dam view is great but mind you there is no vineyards view from the villa as shown in the pictures. A huge lawn provides for a great cricket match. Upon arrival, I wised to watch television while the Villa was getting cleaned beyond the check in time but there wasn't any active payment, I thought I'll drink a cup of coffee but the gas cylinder had got over. After paying a hefty rate I did not expect this from the owners. The care taker later did bring a mouse trap and was successful in catching one but later that day we saw another one. The care taker is very generous and helpful but due to it's hygiene issues I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Worst experience, badly maintained property,the food was half cooked. In all my outings l, I have never had such bad service. The fault lies with the management, not the men working here. They are understaffed and overworked due to bad management by the company. When the company representative was contacted for resolution of the issues, they were more concerned about money than even attempting to solve the issue. I would suggest avoiding it until the management does something.

We, a group of 11 adults and 5 children visited this villa for a long weekend. Set across a pristine landscape, this villa has some very spectacular views. Perfect setting for a good holiday. However, we were dejected with the maintenance and hospitality at this villa. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and not a single day the bedsheets were changed. The house was cleaned only after continuously following up with the caretaker. Moreover, the meals served were very very very average. The owner had agreed for food menu of our choice on phone/messages. However, we were served meals that were pre- decided by the owner. As mentioned in the amenities of this villa it says one of the bedroom is non ac which is okay but a provision of fan was also not made. These series of events ruined our trip. To add to this, one of the days there was no electricity since morning till evening. We were assured prior to our visit that a provision for generator shall be made in half an hour. To our dismal, provision was made in the evening when we said that we will leave this place if the generator is not made available. My suggestion to readers is don't get hazed with the picturesque photos put on this website as we did. Recommended ONLY for the location. Rest is all misleading. Our experience in terms of hospitality, food and maintenance was pathetic. Not worth!!!

The place is beautiful but extremely badly kept. This hampers the entire experience. You don't feel like sitting and looking at the view because of the thr dirt and lack of hygiene. Also there are four stray dogs on premises that cause nuisance. Water for bathing may or may not be available. Even if it is available, it is not heated. It is definitely not worth the price they quote.

It's HUGE! It's beautiful and there's a beautiful view outside from every room. It's clean. It's amazing if you have a huge group that wants to chill. It is super close to Sula which is great. They have all the cutlery in their kitchen if you want to use. It's similar to an Airbnb for affordable prices if you're in a huge group. It is in the interiors though which makes it a little less accessible to get food from outside and order Zomato and Swiggy from restaurants.
