Utopia Farmstay

I think that highlight of my visit was to meet Sayami Kher Her parents run this homestay in Nashik and because they were unwell, she took over to tend to us and we were not only taken aback by the home-like feel but also how down to earth she was. Our stay was extremely comfy with good rooms, good washrooms and a lovely park-like area. They have a small patch where they grow their own veggies and the beautiful breeze that covers this plot is lovely. We got fresh, home made breakfast everyday. Yummy local food. The only downside was the fear of snakes and leopards that apparently appear once night falls. Sula winery is nearby and the cheese tasting place that we visited wasn't too far. I would love to visit this place again.

I opted for their 6 day 'shanti' retreat and it was nothing short of amazing. Ms. Saunskruti curated the entire schedule according to my needs. The food was home cooked, nutritious as well as delicious. Each day was different, and i kept learning and unlearning certain patterns about myself. It was a much needed break for me as well as a perfect opportunity to centre and calm myself. I highly recommend taking this retreat whoever is looking to understand oneself and learn more about yoga and meditation.

We celebrated our daughter's first birthday at this lovely countryside farmstay, surrounded by breathtaking mountains and a serene water dam. Our host, Saunkruti was exceptional - warm, welcoming, and attentive. She ensured our comfort, even catering to our daughter's dietary needs. The homemade Maharashtrian cuisine was delicious and healthy, with every dish a unique delight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, connecting with nature and embracing simplicity. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful, natural retreat. We'll definitely return!

We came to utopia for a long weekend getaway and it was so worth it. Facing the riverfront, surrounded by trees, immaculate chique rooms & 0 carbon print, it cannot get better. Plus you can also opt for their lunch / dinner , special mention to the home baked cake by the owner and the fresh from their own garden vegetables . This trip was Soul soothing to say the least.

we were looking for a tranquil setting with fantastic views. Everything from the accommodation, food, and service was excellent. The hosts are wonderful. You feel right at home the moment you arrive.

We had an amazing stay at Utopia. It is a charming property and Uttara and Adwait are such lovely hosts. It is a serene place, located away from the city's hustle bustle and noises. It felt so good to wake up to fresh air and chirping birds for company in the mornings. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. One could lounge around in the arm chairs or just soak in the views and the breeze as you sit on one of the swings. There is ample open space and my son had a great time playing football & cricket in the lawn. Very safe and clean property and the staff are also so sweet and helpful. They offer simple home cooked meals which are fresh and delicious. We had a memorable time and look forward to going back again. Would highly recommend this place if you're looking for something different from your typical hotels/resorts.

This place is truly magical and tranquil. The amount of peace and warmth we felt here was amazing. We were treated as there own family members and were treated with at-most care. The property is really very beautiful and specially at night you can see the birds coming up in the lawn area to take a stroll and it is a sight to behold. I would surely love to take back my family here once again!!!!!

Perfect stay with 2.5 yr old toddler ! I am happy that they are not taking booking from all over the places which explains they are not greedy and money minded. They love to host people who finds them the way they are. The property is very well managed and The hosts were very kind and helpful. You will feel the clean and fresh air around. Food was delicious , home-made by host herself and healthy. We loved all desserts- 'gud roti' , gulab jamun & homemade cake. It's a pleasure staying with you Adwait sir and Uttara ma'am. We would love to visit you again!
