Palm Springs

First let's talk about reception, as the check in time was 01:30 afternoon, we reached around 12:05 afternoon, agree that we were before scheduled time but at least we could have been welcomed by serving at least a glass of water. We sat nearby reception along with kids for almost one hour but nobody bothered to ask for a glass for water, this needs to be improved. Room was big and good but the toilet was small, i think toilet size may be increased a bit. Swimming pool was big in size and a separate pool for kids but swim tube could have been provided for kids. Food was awesome and rates were good. Everything we had was just perfect. In breakfast, they should include at least one north indian dish like poori sabji or parantha or chhole bhatoore. Rest was all good, had a memorable stay there.

I have visited AMBER RESTAURANT BY PALM SPRINGS HOTEL. it was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The food was exceptional--every dish was bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and presented with care. The service was just as impressive: the staff were professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. From start to finish, especially me Rakesh .it was a flawless experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-quality food and outstanding service!

We recently visited Palm Springs Nashik. It has been an amazing experience. From checkin till check out, they have been best in hospitality. Got a chance to meet the twins "Luv & Kush". Kush has been personally catering to our requests for lunch/dinner and Luv with room service. The team is here always ready to give their inputs and suggestions. Will visit Palm springs again.

It's one of the best holiday destinations. It's at a premium location which is near to Sula Vineyard. The hotel is amazing in all aspects. Rooms are well maintained. Restaurant serves best food with multiple choices. Breakfast is top notch with multiple food options. It's highly recommended if you are looking for relaxing stay.

The food is delicious, the ambience is pleasing, the staff is polite and hospitable as well. The service is top notch. According to me, it is one of the best fine dine restaurants in Nashik. Would recommend this place to everyone. Do visit............

Pathetic property.. There is nothing much to enjoy other than swimming pool. Also, if you don't want to swim and just want to sit and enjoy watching others swim, there is no enough sitting arrangement around the pool. Arrogant staff.. Not at all worth of staying there at very high expenses. Restaurant is also horrible. First they accepted an order of Sandwich, then the guy called and said that they have shortage of breads. Ridiculous
