While the food here tasted good, the service was quite disappointing. Apart from food quality, service is equally important in any restaurant, and that's where this place fell short. We arrived very hungry but had to wait around 5 minutes just to get the menu, and another 10 minutes for someone to come and take our order. Frustrated, I finally complained, and only then did they speeded up the service. If they improve their responsiveness, the overall experience would be much better.

The reception person we encountered in morning while check in was totally discourteous and rude in talk, he presented as if he is doing a favor by letting us stay there. The room provided was filthy, the bathroom walls were filled with black moss, cleanliness was beyond unacceptable. Nashikclub standards have fallen down disgracefully. In all sadly a pathetic experience.
I walked into this club cum hotel for a room for just one night since we were passing through Nashik. They initially showed me the room and we agreed on the price they quoted. Just when I was about to pay the "Manager" comes out and asks the front desk to charge me 2000 as security amount. On asking they said that they only give rooms to families that's why the security deposit. An absolute nonsense policy if any since I gave them my original ID card and all other details and was going to pay upfront the whole room amount. If they don't want to give non families they need to say that upfront rather than making us go through all this nonsense. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful behaviour. Please avoid this place.
This is the worst hotel ever I have visited, This hotel doesn't have any waiters ,just one waiter serves to all the coustomers. The service is worst. The quality of food is not appropriate to the cost and also the taste is very average . We order food and we have to wait for more than 40 minutes for just glass of water. They don't even serve food they just come and keep it at the table. We have to take food by ourselves. We were not even given spoons after we asked for it multiple times.
I've had the worst experience because they made me wait for almost 40 mins to serve the food. The staff was impolite as well. The waiter was just ignoring us and was attending the other table even though they had just finished lunch and wasn't interested in ordering anything else.Food was below average according to prices.
Woodland Restaurant in Nashik Club is a haven for vegetarian food lovers. Known for its extensive and delightful menu, it offers an impressive range of South Indian dishes, sizzlers, and sandwiches that leave patrons coming back for more. The South Indian offerings are a particular highlight, with dosas, idlis, and uttapams that are authentically prepared and deliciously spiced. The sizzlers are another standout feature, served with a perfect balance of flavors and a sizzling presentation that delights the senses. The sandwiches, whether they are classic or innovative, are made with fresh ingredients and are equally satisfying. What truly sets Woodland Restaurant apart is its excellent staff. They are not only courteous and attentive but also exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu. They take the time to understand your preferences and make thoughtful recommendations that enhance your dining experience. Whether you're a regular visitor or a first-time guest, the staff's dedication to providing the best service is evident in every interaction. Overall, Woodland Restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with a vegetarian menu that caters to a variety of tastes. The combination of great food and exceptional service makes it a must-visit spot in Nashik Club.
I enjoyed a breakfast experience at this restaurant featuring predominantly South Indian dishes. While the service wasn't exceptionally prompt, the taste of the food was satisfying. The ambiance added to the overall positive dining experience.
We ordered South Indian and the food was quite good and fresh, plus we had good service. It was hurda festival and the spread was elaborate, overall the arrangements outdoors were beautiful. The only sad part was that they had caged rabbits and that is why my rating isn't higher. In my view, it didn't add to the festival experience at all. The ducks were free to move and having them around was fine, but the management should avoid caging animals simply to add to the aesthetics of an already beautiful place. The other downside was poorly maintained toilets.
