You get very decent hotel with large room and stand fan and ac and tv inside. Staff is polite and humble , very clean hotel and the food is really Good, Thanks to cook in canteen. It's the best value for money.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at due to the rude behavior of the reception staff. Upon checking in, I was met with condescending remarks and dismissive attitudes. It felt like they couldn't be bothered to assist guests courteously. Their lack of professionalism was evident in how they handled simple inquiries with impatience and disdain. It's unacceptable to treat paying customers with such disrespect.

We stayed recently in this hotel and hands down restored faith in this state, such a good hotel, the hospitality that they showed had been long time due for me to see and it we were glad. My dad was injured and needed assistance and they helped me with everything they could. From suggesting hospitals to helping reach there, plus taking timely updates, their staff would ask if he's fine from time to time during the stay. All the staff here is trained to be so considerate and hospitable they are really there providing you a service and not just making a living. They even helped us with overstaying for a while without charges. Coming to the attached restaurant there is also amazing with good food when you're not expecting it. Hands down best hotel in that city recommended.
