Hotel Sai-Saya, Upnagar.

I visited this hotel for the first time to book a room, but the front office manager, PB Ghosh, was extremely rude. He clearly lacks the basic courtesy to deal with customers and even told me, "If you want to book, do it, or you can check other hotels." I would suggest to other customers: please avoid visiting this hotel.

Rude receptionist doesn't have manners to talk to a lady . all damaged condition of the room and also false information is given about the hotel room by this hotel owner.

Food is bad. They served half cooked chicken, and second time they served burnt chicken tikka. Rice was also undercooked and grainy, not soft and fluffy. Location is plus point but food isn't nice. Ambience is good. Service staff is rude, do not listen. It has a bar, so it is mostly not suitable for families. Parking and a washroom is available.

I went to Hotel Sai Saya for the first time. The hotel is good. Talking about the services, the services are not good at all. Charges are taken for everything, when I asked for ice cube, they said that it is not available... After 1 hour ice was brought, before it was said that it is not available..... There should be an improvement in the services... My experience there was very bad.

The restaurant ambience is good but the food is very bad. Tandoori items are mostly served burnt and dry. I received undercooked chicken. The rice served was half boiled. Quantity seems a bit less. The taste is below average. The paneer was dry and tasted stale. Service staff is lazy and needs proper training. The washroom was available and was clean. Parking is available. Lift not operational. The hotel is fairly new , so it's clean. That's about all the nice stuff we can bring ourselves to say. At check in, they insist you pay the full amount. Once you get you room, you realise it's because you won't WANT to pay at check out. We had a Super deluxe room, which was just ok. No tea/coffee machine, and one tiny soap is about the only toiletry item you get. The towels are so hard and rough that you get a free exfoliation included. The traffic sounds kept us awake all night. The worst part was the included breakfast. All that was available was poha and omlet with bread and butter. To say the poha was horrible would be an understatement. So we decided to try the omlet. It came with stale dry bread and what was most certainly not butter, but a foul tasting margarine like substance. The very least they could do would be to spread it evenly over the bread. The omlet looked like it was made from a single egg, spread out so thin, it was overcooked. A single sip of the tea could send one's insulin levels through the roof. So we asked for freshly made tea with a bit less sugar. We were told that a second cup would be chargeable. We have travelled most parts of the world, and never had a second cup of tea in an "included" breakfast begrudged to us, especially when the first one wasn't fit for consumption in the first place. The staff has little or no training and absolutely no etiquette. Don't waste your time or money here. We know we won't.

The hotel is located in the main road and its fine . Please don't prefer this hotel for one night stay also. The behavior of the staffs and will completely keep you annoyed and broken. When it comes to the reception and the staff inside the hotel , they are very rude , arrogant and dont have little sense of courtesy to how to treat the customers. They're not providing mineral water, dental kit, iron box, Ketal like amenities. Intercom is not working. I escaped from this hotel. I have never experienced such bad service in my life. Is this how u treat ur customers 0 % professionalism and cheap behavior...

Good place for stay at nashik. It's on the nashik pune highway. It is equipped with in-house kitchen and bar with dining. Polite and friendly staff. Very good customer service. Toiletries including brushing kit is provided. Affordable tariff. Room sizes are limited. Too small Elevator with a capacity of 5 persons.Laundry service provided but only after 11am. You can find three or four restaurants near by. The road is busy all through the night. Enjoy your stay.
