Hotel Rama Heritage

The staff was very polite and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable -- not the best, but good. However, the price felt quite high for the quality and amenities offered. Overall, a decent stay, but not great value for money.

We had a very delicious dinner at Rama Heritage and Akshay Pani our waiter is very nice and outstanding. He personally recommended us the menu items and we loved it. Ripon Ghosh is another waiter who cleaned up our table and very friendly guy. Really love this place will be coming here again

Spacious rooms and big bathrooms. Breakfast is too good. They have the best pure veg restaurant in Nashik city, providing hygienic, tasty food. Best location in the city. All staff are polite and helpful, specifically Rohan sir. Blindly go for it.

It is a good hotel. The rooms and washroom were neat. Basic needs were provided. But we didn't have hot water in the bathroom for the bath. The restaurant catered minimum breakfast requirements. Sandwiches and sabudana kichdi were good. Dosa is not so good. The packed lunch and dinner we ordered in bulk from here which we took for our flight for the group of 20 of us was very good. The location is good, but there was no parking for our bus, though private parking space was ample. Our rooms also had a balcony, which was very welcome. I left out my clothes to dry here and the balcony was very useful that way.

I went there ordered Spaghetti, the spaghetti came uncooked, we called the manager, he called the chef, chef had the audacity to say it is aldante, he says spaghetti should be eaten aldante, I am a person who have had spaghetti in major restaurants, I specifically know the difference between aldante - chewy uncooked and an uncooked pasta, we did not argue more, as I understand mishaps happen, would not have even written the review if he would have accepted it was uncooked and took it back, did some modifications, gave it to us better, but here I am, also please note the food came after a long 30-40 mins wait, there was no rush also, as I went there at 7 o clock in evening, as I was craving it and not for dinner, or else rush would also be considered as excuse, no hard feelings, but really need to improve

I stayed in this hotel from 26th to 27th December and booked the Maharaja Suite. Unfortunately, the room quality was very poor. The paint was peeling off the walls, and there was no hot water at night. I requested a packed breakfast, which was confirmed by the manager, but the front desk did not provide it as it was not ready. On a positive note, the restaurant inside the hotel served good food.

Excellent hotel and par excellent restaurant near Mumbai naka. Staff is really well trained and groomed .Rooms are good. Food and service is superb especially their breakfast spead is really lavish. I recommend everyone to visit the hotel and restaurant and check for yourselves.
