Not cleaned rooms . Curtains is cracked and dusted room. In the washroom fire jet is not working please check properly when you visit water issues bathroom mirrors are not closed properly. Think before booking & lodging time.

Filthy Room, Unbearable Noise, and Unhelpful Staff - A Complete Nightmare at This Hotel! Avoid at All Costs if You Want a Clean, Comfortable, and Peaceful Stay I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. The room was filthy from the moment I walked in. Dust coated every surface, and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. To make matters worse, the bathroom was disgusting. There was mold in the shower, and the towels smelled musty. The noise levels were unbearable. I could hear everything happening in the hallways and the rooms next to mine. Sleep was impossible with constant disturbances throughout the night. I asked the staff to address the noise issue, but they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. Their lack of professionalism was appalling. The room was also extremely cramped, with outdated furniture that looked like it belonged in a flea market. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows felt like they were stuffed with rocks. To top it off, the air conditioning barely worked, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable. Overall, this hotel was a complete disaster. It's clear they don't care about cleanliness, guest comfort, or customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you're looking for a decent place to stay, avoid this hotel at all costs. You'll regret booking here.

Very bad hotel usef bedsheets, very small room according to the image shown no service at all no wifi, no tv, unclean bathroom there was poop floating in the pot worst hotel ever scamming people with wrong images provided also costing vey high according to the quality of hotel.

Nice Hotel, Clean rooms so are good, sefty , staff are good service in hotel.. Near by city bus stop in panchvati.. 10 minute are walking distance Gangaghat, kalaram temple, Sitagumfa, Kapaleshwar temple..Panchvati nashik darshan .

I have booked this online. It was completely different wrt photos shown in the app. The room was not cleaned properly so were the washrooms. It was not upto standards for the family Hence filed the complaint online and got the refund and we checked into other nearby hotel balaji inn having a good facility.

We had great experience and the staff was really responsive to take care of our needs. Highly recommended.
