Clean rooms with large space in it. Also supportive staff and nice atmosphere around

Basic lodge facility. But location is near city area and particularly near all pilgrimage places.

Horrible stay. Rather large room. But had dirty linen. Dirty windows. Hard beds. Shabby bathroom with stain marks everywhere and a dirty mirror and taps. No kettle or toiletries other than a tiny bar of soap. Location close to highway, so noisy throughout the night. Worst thing was the reception where we were met by the sight of a huge black dog( with no leash) lying on a gunny bag INSIDE the building. Property is in dilapidated condition and totally NOT worth the price tag fir a night's stay.

This can be your temporary stay for quick refreshment, other wise they need more cleanliness for bed sheets & towels & all. Service is basic, only good thing i found apart from its price is their clean bathroom. That could be the only reason one can manage to be here otherwise their reception, service promptness, facilities all need a good upgradation.

Worst hotel ever visited. I wanted to book this hotel online from hotel booking portal. But first I called them, they said we will cancel the booking if we book online. Online booking price was 1500 rs for one day stay, as I have no other option left as other hotels were full i have to book this hotel at 2000 rs. When I went inside hotel the room was smelling like hell, bedsheet were dirty with stains. Bathroom was not cleaned. My Request is to OYO as this is managed by Oyo. Plz make sure your customer get service if they are paying. I am rating -5.

I checked in on 10 Oct 19 night. The counter felloww just gave the key and told me to go to 2nd floor room 203. Lift was not working. I carried my luggage. The door was not opening and I have to go down to call the guy. Then again I have to go down to call him for water. bathroom had no towel or soap. I have to go down to call him again. He gave me a dirty towel which was changed next day. There is no dining hall. They just gave breakfast in a small steel plate of Pawha on both the days. Bed tea is not there only available after 8 AM. There is no sugar free tablet or sachet and being a diabetic it was difficult. There was not a single chair in the room and you have to eat breakfast standing or on the bed. For two days they only provide one water bottle. Serving staff has no manners and not helpful. It was awful stay. Never again in a OYO hotel.

I have booked deluxe room from oyo. The room were spacious but doesn't have any extra amenities. The reason for giving low rating is Water and unclean room. They do not provide RO water, and when you purchase a water bottle they provide locally packed water bottle.

Yoyo affiliated Good to have one for local visit for refreshing. No wifi Time controlled hot water, television, aircondition facilities. Have to ask to switch on the above facilities frequently. No room service
