Hotel MBC Citadel Nashik ( Near Sula, Trimbakeshwar and MIDC Area )

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel MBC Citadel in Nashik, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was courteous and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The ambience of the hotel strikes a great balance between modern design and cozy comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the food. The in-house restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and every meal I had was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the food quality was consistently impressive. Overall, Hotel MBC Citadel is a great place to stay in Nashik--ideal for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable hotel experience with great food

I had a less-than-satisfactory experience, which was disappointing given that this property is part of the hospitality industry and holds a 4.2 rating. While the restaurant staff was courteous and the service there met expectations, the in-room service fell short. The response time was slow, and the overall attention to detail did not match what one would expect from a hotel of this rating. Unfortunately, the service quality did not live up to the standard, leaving me disappointed with the overall experience.

Two nights stay was awesome, two days full of enjoyment with breakfast, lunch and dinner, our Sangeet program first day was dhamal with good food and service and the next wedding day was really memorable, food served was awesome and service was good. Mr. Santosh banquet incharge was very humble and he took care of us till the end. I will recommend this hotel to my friends for their upcoming functions.

Worst food and no word of honesty in their dictionary. We had family function in April 2025. After function, found that the staff misguided and cheated about number of plates. They charged for extra plates, unbelievable!! While serving snacks also they cheated like served only in few rows in the party hall. Without intimating us they started buffet at 2 places so that they can take disadvantage for charging more number of plates. Moreover, the food quality was too bad that few of our guestes suffered health wise. One should thick before going there.

Great stay I'd say. I booked this hotel by just looking at the reviews and it didn't disappoint us. The rooms have good space, you get everything that you require. The inhouse restaurant has GREAT food. We didn't expect a lot from the food but we were wrong and glad ! Housekeeping service a little slow but the overall stay compensates for that. TOTAL VALUE FOR MONEY !!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile .my room was clean spacious and well equipped with comfortable bed and great amenities. Very close to key attractions yet peaceful at night .

Hotel receptionist needs to improve.The staff isn't very friendly nor attentive to guests. Very careless attitude. Kitchen staff and supervisor were very friendly and humble.Served good food at all time. Great location to roam around Nashik.
