Hotel Grand Rio

This hotel offers a wonderful stay with friendly, well-organized staff who make everything smooth and easy. The food is excellent, and the breakfast is especially amazing -- fresh, tasty, and with lots of great options. It's a great place for anyone who wants comfort and good food.

The stay was good until: the housekeeping messed up. We were getting late for the Rituals in the early morning. We checked out at 6.30 a.m which was informed a night prior. There was some issue with the number. of glasses housekeeping kept in the room. Firstly, there were not 2 glasses in each room and with food in the room the glass was given back with the food. Due to some confusion they kept us waiting for 40 minutes in the early morning after check out which delayed our whole pooja for which we came to nashik. I would request to keep checking in charge before & after to supervise and have a checklist signed by guest. If you can't keep it up with the service. As a family stay, it gave parents a bitter experience on an auspicious day for us.

Disappointed with the service and lack of basic hospitality||I recently stayed at the Grand Rio Nashik and, unfortunately, my experience fell well short of expectations. Right from the start, basic bathroom amenities were missing from the room -- something I feel should be standard in any decent hotel. I had to call twice just to get them delivered, which was frustrating and avoidable.||What disappointed me even more was the handling of a discount voucher I was given at check-in for use at their restaurant. I genuinely forgot to use it during dinner, and when I asked at checkout if they could adjust the discount then, both the cashier and manager refused flatly, insisting it had to be redeemed during the meal. I get that policies exist, but the complete lack of understanding or willingness to help left a really bad impression.||It's small things like this -- basic amenities and a bit of flexibility -- that make a big difference in a guest's stay. Sadly, I didn't feel valued or cared for, and that's not something I'd expect from a property that presents itself as premium.

This is our first stay at Hotel Grand Rio and we must say that we got wow hospitality from your hotel. Specially Sachin from house keeping. And from restaurant we meet Milan who is a good team leader. And he understood guest acceptation. And restaurant hostes she welcome us very nicely. you guys provided us great service. Thank you guys to make my stay excellent.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel grand rio, nashik, and I must say, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The service was absolutely pathetic. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that the staff was not interested in providing even basic levels of service. But what really took the cake was the rude behavior of the staff. The front dest staff is very unprofessional and rude with no sense of how to talk and lacking practice of hospitality, every interaction we had with the staff was met with a scowl, a sigh, or a complete disregard for our needs. The hotel's management clearly needs to take a hard look at their staff and their service standards. Until then, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Recently I have stayed in Hotel Grand Rio and it was not a great experience. The service at this hotel was not all pleasant, they did not even take care of the heavy luggage and the guest needed to take it with them. The big buses won't come into the hotel and are parked outside on the road. This makes it even difficult for the guest to take the baggage. The wi fi system was not working well.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel I'm never going to come to this hotel at all, housekeeping is useless they don't even remember their instructions. Once i called at housekeeping/reception for nail cutter they tell me that sir please wait for minute and never call back or room service gave me. They don't provide bathroom essentials my brother slips once in the bathroom because they didn't provide a bath mat. And please remove your 4 star tag from your profile. I am typing this review and waiting for housekeeping but still one comes for cleaning. Wow grand rio wow

We recently checked in with family for 1 night stay.. unfortunately we encountered rude staff Mr pravin at reception who was least bothered about customer needs. They think of themselves as a 5star property even though it might struggle to get 3 star ratings. Even though we did not use the additional bed we ended up paying additional cost for both of our 8 yr old kids. The ac was not working and overall room had very dated feeling The only silver lining was the food service which again was expensive.
