Very ill treatment to customer.. They have used Bewade word to SENIOR CITIZENS.. very poor thinking

Very good option for weekend spending with family & friends. Great location. Vaitarna dam view from resort. Staff is very cooperative. Manager is ver humble & kind. **Note-This resort is now been taken over by new company. Hence good ambience & management.

Wonderful and scenic natural beauty. This place is a good option to relax along side a water reservoir. We went for a day picnic with friends. We enjoyed quality time with friends. Pros: 1. Infinity Swimming pool with a breathtaking view 2. Kids play area 3. Ample lawn greenery 4. Pet birds 5. Open gym for adults 6. Staff is polite 7. Food is good quality Cons 1. Road to the property is difficult and single lane 2. Rooms are not very clean 3. Swimming pool not maintained 4. Tea and coffee were not good

Beautiful place, peaceful and calm place to stay and the staff are very helpful. Bonus points for Sheru the playful and friendly German Shepherd, he made the place lively and fun! If you're into stargazing, the space in front of the rooms are perfect for a beautiful view of the night sky.

Nice property with beautiful lake view. Good rooms nice service. Tasty food. Only thing I will suggest to free the parrots and other birds from the cages, as they are suffering and screaming. Everything was good other wise

The location was very surreal and close to Mother Earth. The property had good amenities to enjoy with family and friends. Downside - * The hospitality needs to be improved. The manager was least interested to interact with guests and to reciprocate to their issues. * Food menu needs to be updated as it had very less options to choose. * We encountered muddy water in washrooms all the time during our stay of 2 days. * Room service was not prompt and responsive ( needed multiple follow ups)

The place is very beautiful! It is perfect for a scenic getaway to enjoy peaceful stay with friends or family. The staff and owner are polite and friendly. They have a lawn area, a pretty garden and an infinity pool which is bonus. Rooms were neat and clean where you get attached plunge pool to enjoy the mesmerizing lake view and quite sunset. Overall a beautiful staycation

I only gave the room 3 star because of the view. This place has a beautiful view and sooo much more. I had a very disheartened experience about the maintenance of this beautiful property. 1 The commute to actually get to this place is a nightmare, you have to have your own vehicle, then off road through narrow lanes that don't even look like roads then you see a beautiful entrance but no signs of where to park or where to head. 2. there is no reception area and no one to guide 3.PLEASE CLEAN THE ROOMS AND THE OUTSIDE AREA. 4.The room service phones are just there but don't work, the TV is there with no channels operating, the private small tub outside the cottages overlooking the lake is the usp of this place, you need to keep that clean, with moss growing in it was disgusting. 5. Room service is next level slow and with almost nothing available, the resort didnt have cold drinks nor cold water bottle nor the tandoor was working. Whatever food we could avail for was amazing. I wouldn't want to spend time and money only to get the lake view.
