Swagat lodge

I recently stayed at the Swagat Lodge and I must say, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The check-in process was slow and disorganized, with the front desk staff appearing uninterested and unfriendly. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with a musty odor and outdated furnishings. The carpet was stained and the bedding looked worn and unclean. The bathroom was in desperate need of renovation, with chipped tiles and a malfunctioning shower. The Only Food is good and in the bed We Can't sleep comfortably and there are no windows and worst view from outside And All draws are dirty and full room is not best they do not give food to directly room And All Sound from inside goes out And All noise from outside comes inside this is not give any privacy To make matters worse, the breakfast buffet was lackluster, with limited options and subpar quality. The dining area was dirty and unkempt, adding to the overall unpleasant experience. Overall, I would not recommend the Swagat Lodge to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and noisy atmosphere make this hotel a definite miss in my book. This photos are from outside room
