Exceptional Stay at {PG Resort] - Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at [PG Hospitality and Resort], and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The room was impeccably clean, well-designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and house .The [restaurant/bar] served delicious meals with a great selection, and the service was top-notch. The location was also perfect - conveniently situated near Toranmal Hill Station,, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, my experience at [PG Hospitality] was nothing short of fantastic. Poot and Horrible Customer service. No response from Front desk/ Restaurant.. Simply poor service. No Management to resolve the customer issue. As customer you need to take 3 to 5 times follow up for small things. In Morning No service support. Horrible and poor Service in Hotel. Very Arrogant staff in Restaurant...

Terrible experience with security and customer service My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. One night, I was followed to my room door by non-guests who had entered the hotel without any control from the front desk. The next day, my gold necklace was stolen by a housekeeping staff member. After a lot of pressure and the involvement of the police, I managed to recover my belonging, but instead of taking responsibility, the management tried to downplay the situation with an obviously false excuse. The least I expected was an apology, but I didn't even get that. Security at this hotel is inadequate, and the management's response to such a serious issue was unacceptable. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values their safety and peace of mind.

I am a regular guest of this hotel and the behavior of reception staff Rahul waje is extremely good but needs to improve little bit in servicing overall good experience sharing one photo with Rahul waje

My 6 day stay . Excellent food quality. Excellent Room cleansing with necessary kits.Excellent silent and natural location.

PG Resort is the Best Property in terms of Rooms, Room Amenities ,Grand Lobby, Open air Dining, Sky Lounge Bar , Big Banquet Halls, Beautiful Pathways, Huge Lawn and The Biggest Parking Space In Entire Nandurbar.
